This agency is highly unprofessional, with a complete inability to communicate effectively or deliver on their promises to clients and job candidates. I have asked this company multiple times to remove my contact information and to cease from contacting me. I have blocked numbers and email addresses associated with employees. I have been contacted by at least ten different "recruiters." They continue to call and email me.Business Response

Recruiter asking for the last 4 of my ssn over the phone. I called him out, he said they need it to finish the on boarding process or something very sketchy. You dont ask for ssn over phone or email.Business Response

This company seems like a complete scam. They constantly text me about RN jobs in **********, and I neither work anywhere close to the medical field (I'm certainly not a nurse!!!) nor live in **********, so pretty positive they haven't legitimately found my info online nor have any desire to place me in legitimate jobs. I've asked them to stop texting me and they legally have to stop, but it just makes them text me more (like every 5 minutes!). When I block them they immediately use a different number. Does that sound like a moral, upstanding business to you? They need to be reported to the *** and the *** for violating phone spam laws.Business Response

I am still receiving texts from your recruiters, I just received one 2 minutes ago, so I know I have not been removed from your list. As stated previously, I have never had any resume that included information about me being a nurse or working in the medical field, as I am a creative who works in marketing and advertising, so it wouldn't make sense for your recruiters to have found my information on a career site and to constantly hound me about travel nursing jobs. All I want is for them to stop contacting me and for you to actually remove my number from your lists.

I did not sign up with this recruitment agency or give them my information before being contacted by them. None of the job listings they have sent me are legitimate job opportunities.Every recruiter has a spoofed US phone number and office address and an email address that is not a Mindlance address.They are asking for information that they are absolutely not entitled to as a recruitment agency like social security numbers and copies of W2s.This is not a legitimate recruitment agency and they are trying to steal your sensitive personal information.Do not contact me again or I will report you to the ****Business Response

Our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) primarily sources information from public domain sites such as job boards and LinkedIn. We only gather information that is readily available on publicly posted resumes.We acknowledge and respect any requests to be removed from our internal database. However, it's important to note that we cannot control information that *** be updated and available in the public domain in the future, which could inadvertently repopulate our database.
R. Cookes resume was sourced from Monster on 7/01/2024 and our team reached out regarding a legitimate job advertisement for our client located in *******, **. I have been trying to get my paycheck issue resolved for 3wks to no avail. I put in IL PTO for 05/22/24 & 05/24/24 I did so through the app that has this info. On 6/6/24 I noticed both requests were canceled. No one from the company contacted me to tell me why & how to correct it. I reached out to ***************************** my contact person over my contract via email 6/5/24 no response. I called the next day she said that she didnt know anything about ****** also added this info in the notes area of my timesheet when I submitted it. She sent an email on 6/6/24 so I can backdate the previous dates. I have not heard from her, payroll or anyone telling me if its going to be on my next paycheck on 6/21/24. I have called ********* several times and left VM no return call back. I have called HR and no ***** answer their phone. *** tried payroll but all they have is an email address no phone number on their website. I need this resolved ASAP. I have been repeatedly contacted by multiple staffing agents at the same time via call or text over the past years, after giving multiple requests over the phone and via text for them to cease contact. i am on a do not call list. With all of this unwanted contact from mindlance and other staffing agencies, i am at the point of considering changing my phone number. Mindlance is by far the most egregious of all staffing companies, it is unacceptable the amount of contact i get from this company despite multiple attempts to stop it.Business Response
