Calling me and my siblings about an estranged uncles debts and trying to get us to contact him for them when we have not seen or heard from him in over 20 years. Contact the person who owes you money and leave their families alone.Initial Complaint

I have received multiple calls from this SRS company. Other family members have also received calls from ******** claiming shes from SRS. This person calls NON STOP!!!! I have no collections with this company. They are rude, harassing me, and leave horrible voicemails on my phone. Once again, I do not have any collection accounts with this so called SRS company. A company calling themselves SRS is calling my work number stating they are calling for "personal reason" but will not tell me what those reasons are. They want me to tell them my birthdate and I will not because they won't tell me what the issue is about. They need to stop calling my work phone ASAP.Initial Complaint

Have been receiving repeated calls from this company in the past, told them that I wanted to dispute the charges and to send me correspondence through US Mail delivery. After that, I did not hear from them for about 8 months, but the calls began again about two weeks ago. I gave them the opportunity to dispute and nothing came to fruition.Initial Complaint

SRS ***** ************ has contacted my job on several occasion after I told her I couldn't have personal calls at work and have call multiple family members and I'm not sure where she got the number and I am still not sure what company she is with and have threatened to file charges and have left a lot of voicemailsInitial Complaint

SRS has called myself, my job, my fiance, my fiance's father. They have been rude to the receptionist that answers the phone at my work. The receptionist was able to come to me and tell me that they called about legal matters that needed my attention. In my opinion that should have never been disclosed. And I have told them that I couldn't receive these calls at work and they continue to call my job even after I told them at the time I wasn't able to pay, they harassed me and were expecting me to borrow the money from someone else to pay right at the moment we were on the phone.Initial Complaint

A business by the name of SRS, phone number ************, is calling friends and relatives demanding a call back regarding a debt. There is no company name left and a threatening message. They have contacted my mother, step-mother, and ex husband. according to my credit report I do not have any debts or collections with SRS. I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible and no further contact from the company unless it is done through mail.Initial Complaint

A lady named Isabella called from SRS with a contact number of ************ looking for my mother who is the hospital due to a stroke. She is in the hospital since April 2021. Isabella called our home number and my cellphone. When Isabella called our landline, I politely asked if I can assist due to the fact that my mother is at the hospital because of a stroke. She said it is a personal business matter. I once again mentioned that she is in the hospital. She said she understands. A few minutes later, Isabella called my mobile. I recognized her voice and she once again asked for my mother. I reminded her that I just spoke to her a few minutes ago. She claimed she can't remember the call. Seriously, the hospital and stroke part doesn't ring a bell? She went asking what is a the best number to call. I said that she just called the landline and now my mobile. I reminded her that MY MOTHER IS IN THE HOSPITAL BEC OF STROKE! She insisted of the best number to call. so heartless!Initial Complaint

I started getting phone calls to my work number from SRS around the beginning of July. They called my office pretending to be from another law office. When I inquired as to whether it was regarding a client, they said it was for me but would not tell me the nature of the matter. I told them they could then call my phone, but it would have to be after work hours since that is the only time I am available. That has not happened. They call my phone daily during my work hours, leaving voice messages that still have not told me what it is regarding. They have now also started to harass my mother and calling her cell phone. I want them blocked and for them to never contact me again unless it only my mail. They are completely unprofessional and to be honest, I have never heard of this company and have no idea why they continue to harass me.
