  Our contact with Ambient Comfort was not a good one. We called for their seasonal special Tune up for our central air system. They did not arrive when they said they would and made no effort to contact us to let us know. I had to phone them to find out what was happening. When the tech finally arrived he started to check the system and found a coil that needed to be removed and cleaned. The price quoted was over $3,000. Then i was informed that because he found an issue the price for the Tune up was now going to be $110.00 and yet no tune up was done! The Tech was here less then 30 minutes. This Company has poor customer service.

  **** visited for seasonal maintenance service for our heating system. He was very friendly, polite, thorough, and knowledgeable, providing information and explanation about the process. He is a fine representative of your company.

  **** was so patient with me as I asked many questions. He identified an issue with my thermostat that I didn't even know was an issue and fixed it without issue. The service contract is so worth the money and the staff when you call in are always super helpful! I highly recommend Ambient Comfort for all of my heating/cooling needs!   Six months ago we able to initiate our Service Contract with 'Ambient Comfort' and had a "Chillin" Summer with our all electric home and were thrilled with the quality service & rapid response that ensured our fantastic results.This week, as we prepared for the colder season, we placed a call into the office and left a message for "Ray" and in less than 24 hours we had our appointment set up!This time the results were totally satisfactory & very accommodating, since we have a dog; **************, 'Iggy" was considerate enough to call before, like we asked, so we could get our dog situated and he could do the Winter Tune-up and check all parts to our HVAC units!We were even given a new filter after he did the entire diagnostic test on both units, inside and out and also share some money saving tips for the Winter season!The company has true clarity, consistency and hires competent and compassionate technicians and they all back up their service to the customer! May all the employees at ********************** have the time to share their blessings with those that matter most this coming Thanksgiving! We will and with the welcomed warm throughout the entire Winter!

  **** was great! The humidifer on our heat pump went south on us years ago, we turned it off back then, and have been threatening to have it replaced ever since. We made the appointment for the install last week, and he came out yesterday for the install. Well, he pointed out that the original was mounted in a bad place (it would blow the moist air directly into the motor of the air handler which would lead to rusting), and the new one should be relocated to the return side, which he did. He arrived at about 9 in the morning and was here until about 3:30 in the afternoon. 6+ hours, and never once did he take a break! He worked steadily the whole time, replaced the old set-up, re-worked the duct work, water feed, and drain, and did a **** fine job. If you have a heat pump, these are the guys to call. They're fast, friendly, professional, and CLEAN! Great guys!

  My technician ************************ can't praise him enough. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and quick. The issue was immediately identified and the part was in stock. He also corrected an issue with the trap that the originating company improperly installed. This young man desires 10 stars.
