    We thought we could trust this builder with our forever home and with our money, however, we were sorely mistaken. The entire building process was absolutely terrible. There was little to no communication on the builders end or from his real estate agent. They chose the dates for the completion of the contract and did not meet them. Upon the builder's breach, he would not extend the contract with us. He then re-listed the property for $40,000 more and took 30 days to release our escrow money. The building experience was not great either- subcontractors were not happy to work for him, he took short cuts to save money, he didn't install things according to the choices we discussed and agreed on and he never met deadlines. Working with him was one of the worst experiences of my life.

    In regard to reference number232881 by ****************, 12/01/2022, her review is totally unsubstantiated and false. This can be verified by my real estate agent *********************** from ******************** Fox and *****. The real situation was that she was under contract to sell her house and she could not make allowances for when the house would be completed. The issue regarding the 30-day release of the escrow was formulated between her and her lawyer. All deadlines were met and she was very unreasonable and difficult to deal with. The subcontractors that she said were not happy with me are the same ones that I still work with today. All work that was done was above industry standards in agreement with her. She was given the opportunity to view the property before it was even completed which technically shouldn't have even been allowed. We made every effort to accommodate her.
