      I purchased a 4L60E Transmission Reaction Shaft to Shell Brass Washer (Part #*******) and ended up receiving a plastic piece instead. After waiting over a week and a half, my time was completely wasted. I chose this place because they were the cheapest, but how do you even mix up a black plastic piece with a brass thrust washer?I wish there was an option for zero stars. I would strongly recommend staying far away from this business. I understand that mistakes happen, but waiting almost two weeks just to receive the wrong part is unacceptable. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews beforehand, but after looking now, its clear that many others have had the same terrible experience.

      STAY AWAY FROM THEM!They don't ship on time and they lie to you if you can get them on the phone.I ordered two bushings from them to be shipped next day air. I paid $70 shipping For $28 worth of parts. I never received an e-mail confirmation number from them, so I tried calling them the next morning. I called them 5 times and left 3 messages stating I needed them the next day. At the end of the day some woman called me back and said they emailed me, *** picked up the order and that *** would be emailing me with the tracking information. I got home at 7:30 pm and had no such e-mails. She LIED to me. This SCAM should be shut down.

      I ordered a bearing from them and paid for 2-day shipping. They shipped it immediately and it arrived on time. However, it was a clearly counterfeit product. The website said "you will receive the bearing shown". The picture, of course, showed a brand-name high-quality bearing but what I received was unmarked and very (very) low quality. Not at all the "bearing pictured". Confirmed with the company that makes the bearing they claim to be shipping that it's a counterfeit. This is a safety item and it feels like very poor quality, and likely a disaster waiting to happen. No answer from the company via email or voice message, and as others here say, there's no way to get them on the phone. I'll be disputing the charge on my credit card.

      I would give negative stars if possible. Do NOT buy from them. Placed an order on July 1, 2024 for ******* solenoids. They immediately charged my credit card and emailed an automated confirmation, but they never sent anything or responded to e-mails or phone messages. I had to go through PayPal to finally get a refund (21 days after the order was placed), that will not be credited to my card immediately (1 to 2 billing cycles (60 to 120 days). So I still have to pay the amount to avoid interest charges and then fight for a refund for over payment from my credit card company when/if it is ever posted.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS -- NO customer service at all!!!

      I bought the master rebuild kit and they sent it to me. The main bearing was wrong. I called multiple times, and I emailed multiple times, and I get nothing. No refund, no help, no respect for the customer.

      I ordered trans rebuild kit. I got it when promised. The problem is that they their web site stated that the bearings were ********** usa. Some of the bearings were made in *****. I contacted them by email about it. They responded quickly and said if you didn't want them to return them. I returned them two weeks ago. They have totally forgot about me. No responses from my many emails. I am out $525.00.

      Order for a simple internal transmission part was VERY slow to arrive - a spring. So slow, said part arrived after need for said part. (ordered part from another company which arrived a few days later) I then sent the part back. I never received a refund for said part. Avoid this company.

      Git the oart that I ordered and had it installed. After about an hour the oart failed. ******** said it was a bad solenoid. Called/texted the company and no one is answering any if my calls or text messages. Once the company got their money they forget all about customer care. Would never do business with them again, ****** learned. Now you know why people go overseas for oarts and not American businesses. Don't know how this company stays in business and hasn't gotten shut down. No wondering goid business suffer because of bad business practices.

      WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER TRIED TO ORDER FROM. I placed 2 orders on 12-29-22 and as of today I have not received my orders. Over the last few weeks I have tried to contact them by sending email off their web page and off of my personal email account. I have also tried to contact them by sending text message as instructed to their phone # given. I have also left messages on the phone # given. NEVER been able to talk to anyone from this company. The only thing Ive seen them do is take the money for the orders in less than 20 minutes of being ordered. As of today I have sent 6 emails, 4 voicemails and 6 text messages. This company is a joke. Please dont order from this company it is a scam. In one email I asked for a FULL refund so I can go to a real parts company. I will now spend my time informing everyone about this company and their business practices and not be fooled by their webpage and how misleading and to perfect and great prices they have just to sucker you in to buying from them. I will also be informing all my purchasing managers at all the dealerships and transmission rebuild companies I know. I will also send out a group email to everyone I know in the business including the **************** at all these businesses about the shady business practices and non communication that *** personally received from this business. All I asked for is either all my parts or a full refund of both these orders in the full amount of $329.62.
