I had a very bad experience with this Company which is new to *******. They advertised a 2021 **** Ecosport as being a Certified vehicle on their website. I drove 40 mins after speaking with a salesperson on the phone and being told it was a Certified SUV. The salesperson pulled the car around and I took it for a test drive. First thing I noticed is the car radio did not work and the computer system had issues due to an antenna. I advised the sales person I like the car but that would need to be fixed before I bought it. Both the sales person and his boss said no problem 15 min fix. 3 hours later still no fix..during this time I signed the paperwork for the purchase. ( I will get to that later) They then came out and said that I would need to come back around 3pm and they would have a part to fix the problem. I had an appointment with my Bank and went to that and returned at 3pm still no part. The salesperson and his boss basically just said anything to get the sale. I called corp spoke to ****** and was advised she would take care of it. an hour later ****** called me and said I would get my gas tank filled and 3 free oil changes for my trouble. The boss would take my car and fill the gas. That did not happen I spoke to ****** and all she said was she was sorry that is what she was told by him. This is buyer beware this business is shady and you should be very careful when dealing with them on purchasing a car. Now lets move on to a certified vehicle the car had an open recall and I was advised they would make arrangements to have that handled...I was told this by the sales person again a lie...when i called them about that no one remembered that conversation...lol...I received a call a week later from the Bank that had my old car I traded in and was told they had not received the payoff from the dealership so IU would need to make a payment. I called the dealership and they said that should have been covered when I signed my paperwork... no one mentioned it.
