      I received one phone call from this company and the guy was rude and harassing, I requested information as to who the original creditor was, and the amount owed, and origination date be sent to me. He called me a liar and told me I was just trying to get out of paying my debts. My request to have this information was denied and I would like this removed from my credit report as I do not owe this company money.

      I paid them on January 10th 2024. They have been reporting it open on my credit report. I have called them multiple times to have them close it and report it to the bureaus they have refused. They told me it stays open which doesnt make sense considering I paid it now it should be closed. Its not an open account.. the lady was very rude on the phone and couldnt help me.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against CKS Prime for multiple violations of consumer protection laws, specifically the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (*****) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (****). Recently, I looked at my credit report and see CKS Prime reporting an alleged debt. However, their communication failed to comply with several critical provisions outlined in both acts which I believe constitutes serious violations of consumer rights. The specific violations are as follows: Violation of 1 CFR 1006.34(b)(5) and 12 CFR 1006.34(c)(4)(i): CKS Prime failed to provide me with the required notice informing me of my right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receiving their initial communication. This omission directly violates both the ***** and the **** Violation of 12 CFR 1006.34(d): Despite my request for verification of the debt in accordance with my rights under the act, CKS Prime has failed to provide adequate verification. This refusal to verify the debt further compounds their violation of consumer rights. These violations have not only caused me undue stress and confusion but also may have negatively impacted my credit score and financial well-being. As a consumer, I am entitled to fair treatment and accurate information under both the ***** and the **** In light of these violations, I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against CKS Prime. Additionally, I ask for your assistance in having the negative account associated with CKS Prime removed from my credit report, as it was reported in violation of consumer protection laws.       This business keeps saying I have a debt with them that I never had. They put it on my report and never told me what it was when I disputed it. They continue to update the dating on it to keep it on my credit report and it isnt even valid.

      I used the above listed moving company to relocate my furniture from ** to Co. I filed a complaint for several issues and damages against the company. The company has retaliated by submitting charges that I know nothing about to the credit bureau stating non paid. I have a signed contract from them and myself showing all charges were paid in full at time of delivery. Because of the claim I filed the customer is now stating that I should have been billed more for the services etc and that they dont owe me anything and that I in fact owe them more. They have charged me extra fees that I was not aware of. Never received any additional invoice for. And my contract was closed and paid in full at time of delivery. The driver also sent me a personal text message in regards to my complaint about my tv being broken etc. They were fine until they got my complaint. They dont get to make up added things and charges because of that. I think this is a form of retaliation. I will not stand for it. This is my first attempt for them to make it right before having to take them to court.
