      I have asked them since 2022 via incoming phone calls to mail documents of proof of contract for Webbank. I do not verify sensitive information regarding my personal information during incoming calls.

      CKS Prime Investments continues to Report that I owe them on all credit reports. I have disputed this many times and it comes back correct. I tried calling the number on my credit report but can never speak with anyone. This company has violated my rights as I have 30 days to dispute a debt. I would like this account removed immediately from all credit reports. I do not have any information of this account or bills. I would like validation of this account with my contract with CKS with wet signature agreeing to pay them.

      This company is a collections agency of some sort who refuses to stop reporting this account I have informed this company that I have never owned had any knowledge of the said account have provided them information of not owning said account they have failed to submit proper documentation showing my ownership. No contract or anything with my signature other than a bill/statement and according to the **** that is not enough information so I will need them to stop reporting this it is beyond incorrect.       I have reached out to this company several times and provided documentation as needed to let them know that I am not the owner of the said account and after several attempts this company has not removed this account from my credit report. It has violated my rights by sending harassing letters in the mail and annoying phone calls to me. I am unaware of the account and whom it may it belong to. this company has violated my rights by falsely accusing me and going through a third party to obtain my personal information to do damages on my credit report.       This company has been harassing me nonstop. They were sending notices to a job I no longer live at and then contacted my job about an account that I have never had any dealings with them. I have no signed agreement with CKS Prime Investments whatsoever. When you try to call the number to speak with someone it goes straight to voicemail. This is a scam company with many complaints against them for their practices

      I received court papers from CKS PRIME INVESTMENTS LLC. I have reached out to them to see what I owe them for because I never opened up a debt with them but somehow I owe them money and now they are trying to *** me. I want a copy of the supposed contract I signed with them to see what I signed up for but they cannot provide it to me. In these court papers, I clearly do not owe the debt to them. This case needs to be closed and I no longer wish to be contacted.

      I have 2 accounts (#1 - $8023 & #2 - $0) both are from 2017 that are mistakenly being reported as if they are TWO separate debts but are NOT, they are in fact the EXACT SAME DEBT but are being reported TWICE. Both have since been SOLD to another agency back in 2021 but are still being reported on all THREE credit bureaus as OPEN as if I still owe CKS these debt. I have disputed both of these accounts MULTIPLE times and have been unable to get this resolved.
