    I purchased a dress online that arrived in poor quality. I returned the dress. It was pictured online with a belt, but the item description did not state the belt was meant to be included as is sometimes the case. I did not receive the belt. My return was denied as the item was "worn" and missing the belt. the item is now ineligible to be returned again even though I did return it in the condition it was received. I was charged full price for an incomplete item, I was not even aware it was incomplete or I would have noted that in the return.

    Zara does not allow returns without a receipt in store. I was instructed by the manager to contact their online customer service since we had an item that was given to us as a birthday gift and did not include a receipt. Through their online customer support, I was told nothing can be done and its not possible to speak with a manager. How is a business not able to accept any returns? I wasnt asking for cash or credit on my card as a store credit would have been sufficient. It does not seem like a good business practice to force people who receive gifts to have no choice but to keep the product.

    I bought a pair of Zara jeans and when I put them on they ripped up the back. This is the 2nd pair of the same jeans that ripped in the same place. That is a quality defect. I do not live in an area of a Zaras, nearest Zara is 250 miles away. I purchased the jeans from Willowbrook Mall store. I contacted customer service via phone and chat and both told me I needed to go to a store. I asked for a supervisor and instead got an email back. I would like Zara to stand behind there product and send me a replacement. I will send back the defective jeans.
