    I think this place *****, Purchased a rover, had to put my own ****** into it for repair and didn't even have it a month. Had to replace the engine, come on, your selling something and you had no idea there was a problem. Sorry ****** no more servce from me or anyone that I know.

However, we want to clarify that at no point during our communication did we hear that the vehicle required an engine replacement until after the repair was already completed. When you initially contacted us, you mentioned a possible fuse issue and indicated you would handle the repairs yourself.Additionally, we offered an extended service contract at the time of purchase, which would have provided extra coverage for situations like this, but you chose to decline that option.We understand how frustrating this must be, and we genuinely wish we could have done more to prevent these issues. If you'd like to discuss this further or if there's anything we can do to assist, please don't hesitate to reach out directly.     I recently bought a car from this dealer April 19th, 2024. We left car at dealer and went on vacation for a week. We asked that they do a few things to the car while we were gone and we would pay what ever the cost. everyday on vacation I called and asked if the things we requested were being done and no one knew. I would ask for a call back and no one would return my call 5 days in a row no call back. the day we were going to pick up the car i am told what we requested was not done. when we got there to get the car we were rushed out of the dealership. Well I know why we drove about an our and the tire pressure light came on when we got to a rest area the back two tires had been slashed. When I contacted the dealer they said that the tires were not like that when we left but we just left the tires did not slash them selves. They finally agreed to pay $300 of the $675 we had to pay to replace them 6 days after buying the car. Now we are dealing with the title department that is telling us that our old plate on the car we traded in are not valid when we just got the plate 1 month prior and are making us pay for new plates. this title department deals with a 3rd party company called eml auto tags that is a young girl who answers her cell phone and refuses to give out any information about what *** she gets her info from. Well apparently this young girl deals with another 3rd party to get info from the *** but its funny no one knows who is doing what. I do not recomend that anyone buys a car from this dealership.
