    I bought the molding and crown moldings from Dykes Lumber Company and as per the sales person they have a free return policy. I requested the delivery a month ago. They charged me the delivery fee and as per reps it's easy for them to deliver the crown moldings and moldings if they are cut in half, which was fine with me.Now we need to return the crown moldings only or exchange it and as per reps we can't do it because it was cutted in half. We agreed to cut it in half only so it could be easier for Dykes Lumber Com to deliver. It's done for their convenience by the delivery person, who works for Dykes Lumber Com. The sales person never told us that we will lose the option to return/exchange the product when they cut the product.I think it's unfair for the clients . Pls accept return for money or even the store credit what was promised to us at the time of parched.invoice ***********

    Cutting mouldings is not done for our benefit. Our trucks easily handle full length pieces. We can cut them for the customer's convenience so they can get them in buildings or elevators. However most of our customers prefer mouldings in full length pieces so when they  install them there are less seams. We don't take back material after it has been cut up.
