    Delivered wrong and broken parts, filed fraudulent insurance claim with carrier for damage. I tried to contact for refund and have been given nothing but run around or no response.

    Placed an order for a Samsung washer manual. Got a run-a-round for 3 weeks. Called multiple times and nothing was taken care of. Last friday got a call and they were sending me an e-mail with a file to download a manual. NO E-MAIL. Called again today and they could not, or would not complete the order. Cancelled. Don't appreciate the lies and c*** "no-service". I give only 1 star because I can't give anything lower.

    I ordered 3 parts for my refrigerator and was never told that shipping was going to be $48.64 to ship two small, plastic shelves and a filter. When I got my box only one shelf was in it and no explanation. I emailed the company 3 different times and got no response. I finally got ahold of someone at customer service and was told 1 shelf is out of stock nationwide and the filter had to be shipped from another distributor. No one had told me this before. So I was basically charged $48.64 to have a small shelf sent to me. Customer service asked if I wanted the filter without any extra shipping charges which was pretty funny considering how much I already paid and I said yes. I then got online and found out my missing shelf wasnt out of stock nationwide and I got it on another website and only paid $9.99 for shipping. I can not believe how horrible this company is and how they rip people off with shipping costs and lack of communication. I would suggest no one else do business with them.

    Their site listed a part for my TV as "in stock" and they showed they had 3 day shipping. Ordered 8 days ago and called today to ask why it wasn't mailed, but they had charged me. The person on the phone reported it was on a "TBD backorder with no date known" but they would charge me ahead of time for the "special order". I had them cancel the order and will buy from literally anyone else. The part still shows in stock while I was on the phone with them, but according to their customer service rep that is just how it is. While I got the order canceled, it was concerning to see them be so out of touch with their inventory and order/shipping process after a 25 minute wait for a rep right at the start of their call times.Absolutely buy from some random ************** because these guys clearly don't run a legit business.
