      We have had Orbit Solar installed pannels on our roof and apart from the roof leaking, rthe panels are not working properly and we are not receiving increased electricity bill. We we given contact information for the manufacturer from Goodleap who is the financing company and we have treid calling numerous times, and leave voice messages, but got no response. We are now stuck with this dilemna and could use some help to get it resolve.

      There is a problem with my solar panels. They are not working as they should. Not even 3 years old. Now Im dealing with a JCP&L bill each month for $300. More than prior to having Solar. Ive called Orbit and found out they are out of business. Im looking for assistance to get the panels running correctly again. Otherwise Im drowning in debt for panels that are not working at all. There needs to be a proper solution.

      I needed them to fix my solar panel, that is when I discovered the company folded up. I need help and don't know who to call or where to go. I have a solar panel not working right now and I am still paying heavily on it.

      Orbit water solutions installed a Puronics whole house water filtration system. Along with a new hot water heater and reverse osmosis system for the kitchen sink. I received two, yearly services which called for a filter replacement for the reverse osmosis and overall system check. $300 for each of these services. The abrupt and non-disclosed bankruptcy have left many questions to be answered. Is there any replacement contractors for the services that should be provided? Are these contractors verse and equipped to troubleshoot and maintain Puronics filter systems? Will my 4 year old son with eczema start to suffer from more frequent outbreaks? (We saw dramatic improvement with his condition once the new system was installed). Looking for recommendations on how to proceed. Can ******** provide the information needed to willing contractors?

      We were told that we would get $9******* credit, and the plan was to pay it towards financing so our monthly payment remains the same after tye 18months is up. It is already Jan **** and, March is the 18th month, and we still have not received the credit.. So now our monthly payment will go up and if we need to make a claim from the 25 year warranty that they are boasting about, we cant even do that.

      Hired Orbit to install solar panels. Nothing but issues with them. System installed 7/22 and still received high electric bills. Promised a sign on bonus which we never received. Made several phone calls. Was told we were on list for checks then come to find out they filed Bankruptcy. Not receiving S-Rec credits. Was told by Enphase to monitor the system myself through the app and to contact another solar company to take me on as a customer in case I have problems, but these companies want you to pay per hour since they werent the original installer. Very frustrating.

      I had a water system installed, and have literally been trying to get ahold of this company to get the water system serviced and have had no luck at all getting in touch with them. I have no idea who else to call to look at this to see if it is functioning correctly. I am very frustrated. and it is sad that you can't trust some companies.

      Nightmare. We had hvac system installed two years ago and it never worked properly. We called them 5 times to fix and they never could. I found out a couple weeks ago they filed for bankruptcy and we have to pay a another company **** to fix the problem( it was a leak due to poor installation).

      Worked for orbit almost 2 years was layed off because the company went into bankruptcy was TOLD by the HR department to pick up cobra as insurance to cover the gap while looking for another job but also NOT told that when a company goes bankrupt that ***** gets cut off no questions asked because the ***** also cut off any and all insurance therefore cobra cant be used. So therefore if you get sick or need prescriptions with not being notified or told by HR your screwed thanks for looking out for your employees OR NOT piece of c*** ***** and HR no department Ill bet he still has all his vehicles though while I struggle to pay DR ***** company was a BS company
