    On 4/20/24 I went into the office for dental pain & without much of an exam, they told me I needed all my wisdom teeth removed and need to get it done immediately but had to pay upfront the $2248.00 for an appointment the next week. I went home & it turns out it was just a popcorn kernel stuck under my gum so I called to cancel the appointment & they said to come in for a free consultation that week which I did. I made an appointment for early May but had to reschedule for the beginning of June but then decided I wanted to get a second opinion so I canceled the appointment well in advance. I have called the office numerous times between June & Decemberof 2024. Each time I was told by the receptionist ,Amber, that I was on a list for the refund & it will be processed soon. I asked to speak to the Accounts Payable, Eileen E. but she was always busy & never returned any of my phone calls except once in October 2024 to say it was being processed but it never was. I have been patient but it is a lot of money for a service I did not receive.
