    I had used Jvs for about 10 years for Christmas lighting. I have moved so no longer will be using their service. I canceled the service and they told me I am in year two of a 3 year contract and the termination fee is FULL PRICE. So they charged me about $7,000 for installing Christmas lights this coming December which I will NOT be using. I spoke to them many times about getting my money back and they refuse. No business I have ever heard or read about charges FULL PRICE for a service that will not be used once canceled. This is theft and ridiculous and this business should be shut down. Furthermore they list on their website that they are BBB accredited and it appears that they are NOT. They also list they are a member of CLIPA (Christmas lighting association) which I called and they are NOT. so the website is giving false and fraudulent information. I would like my money returned as I am not using the service. Do I need an attorney or can you help? Thank you.
