Success Communications Group (SCG) Advertising is a SCAM. We used this company for our ****** Advertising and after months long of not much results we decided to started questioning them why we weren't getting enough results. Once we lowered our budget, they replied back to us that they have "accidentally been billing us incorrectly", and sent us an outstanding bill for a large amount of money. Once we were made aware of this billing error, we requested Ad-Spend breakdowns from them that would be coming directly from ****** showing us what exactly was spent from our budget before we pay them. They would only send us their reports that they created, NOTHING FROM ****** as we requested over and over again!

    Business Response

    Date: 06/22/2023

Success Advertising was used by the complainant to design and produce social media campaigns at a fixed budget for both ****** and ******** and instagram. This campaign was running during the period 8/4/2021-3/4/2022. The client requested billing for individual business in biweekly increments, very different from our normal billing procedures. We had a key employee in the accounting department out with Covid for over 6 weeks, they did not catch the accounting error with incorrect billing on the September October November invoices until the end of November. The matter was brought to the complainant the first week of  December. They did not reduce their budget until December for January 2022. They stopped paying their invoices in the beginning of December and requested all access to our corporate dashboard information. We provided them with our analytics throughout the entire campaigns showing the results and they had a link to a dashboard to see the results at anytime. We attempted to resolve the outstanding billing issues by offering discounts and had multiple meetings where the complaint would setup and then not show. Through our attorney we attempted to resolve this and the case has moved to litigation at which time the complaint has taken a campaign on both social media and this complaint. We can provide any legal documentation you wish to show what was provided.
