    One a Day mens multivitamin gummies advertises 80 gummies in a container. As the name suggests, it was believed this would last me 80 days and yet looking at the nutritional facts on the back, the serving size is two gummies effectively reducing the length of time the product will last by half. The name of the description of the product as well as the packaging is fraudulently misleading and I would appreciate seeing the packing corrected so that American consumers are not mislead into making these purchases without being fully informed.

    We bought 3 boxes of ******** and the company is arguing with us and wr bought it over the counter and we bought it from frys food store on ****** and baseline road in *********************. We lost the receipt. We spent $ ***** dollars. They are asking for more information and we just want our money back and don't want to deal them. We are recovering from covid and we are a disabled couple. We are on oxygen. Resolution, we want our money back. Thank you.

    We have had several similar complaints from this consumer in the past. In April, we issued a check for $41.51 for ******** for a similar complaint. The check was cashed on May 7, 2024. For this complaint we emailed the consumer with below and never got a response.

    My father was prescribed ******** by his physician. We received Free 30 day trial offer voucher and the pharmacy is unable to use it. The help line number is down and I spoke to customer service who said there are no other programs available to him. I spoke to the patient assistance program who also reported down systems and they are not honoring the voucher we have.

    I purchased the 'One A Day Prenatal Advanced complete with Brain Support' pills and noticed that the white tabs has orange spots. In looking into other containers, I see the same issue on another pack but not the third. I called the customer service line to inquire if this should be a larger concern, I am 12 weeks pregnant, and was met with an incompetent staff member. ******* from the customer service team was downright rude and gave attitude on our phone call. He was pushing a refund instead of empathizing with the fact that I'm concerned for my pregnancy. Clearly this company does not care about the well-being of their customers and has roadblocks so that you cannot get a straight answer regarding ** issues with products. I expect to be contacted by the ** team and my concerns to be addressed in a timely manner.
