    We rented a house from this realty company. We checked in and then entered the condo. Upon entering, we found trash in the one bedroom, the bathroom was dirty, and clearly not cleaned by the cleaning people. We had to clean it ourselves. While on vacation, 2 of the tenants stopped in with pictures of the complaints. The person who spoke with them was unapologetic and made excuses for the cleaners. After checking out and over a week later, I asked for a partial refund of the cleaning fee since it wasn't fully cleaned. Their response was that "It was determined that none of these issues materially affected your stay and would not warrant a refund." Now, I'm not sure how that didn't affect the tenants when they had to clean it themselves, but clearly they took no accountability for the state it was in.
