    On 6/28/2023, I was scheduled to have a screen door I purchased at Loews in Hamilton, NJ installed by NJA Remodeling between the hours of 12P-4P. On 6/28/23 at approximately 3:45P, I called NJA to find out the status of my installation appt. I was advised by a representative my installation my would not be occurring due to the contractor running behind, and not feeling well. I asked if my screen door (which was delivered to Loews) was picked up; I was told. "yes." We re-scheduled installation for Friday, June 30, 2023, between the hours of 12p-4p. I asked for a courtesy call if for any reason the contractor could not make it. I called NJA on 6/30/23 at approximately 2:55P to confirm that the contractor would still be coming out to install my screen door. I was assured by Morene the contractor would be coming; he was running behind schedule. When I called back at approx. 4:48P, the store was closed; the contractor never showed up. I called Loews in Hamilton to find out if the screen door was picked up on Wednesday, June 28th; I was advised it was only picked up today, June 30th. The contractor has my merchandise, which I paid for, and has not shown up, or called with an explanation. The Company, NJA, and their representatives lied to, and misled me as a customer with the installation dates/times, behavior that is unacceptable and unprofessional business practice. I paid too much money for the door and installation to have my time wasted, and my nerves frayed. I would like an investigation in what truly transpired, and an explanation from the Company as to why my installation appointments never occurred as scheduled. I will be leaving a rating in reference to my encounter with this Company.
