    I live in state fayette Appartments and its just been a month and there are mices, black rats , roaches and spiders and the management isnt able to fix it . But still they are not helping us and not giving us any solutions. We have been calling and mailing them since past 15 days. After sending all the photos and videos of the concerns, they are still not offering any solution.Finally we got a call from them today and they said management has declined your request and we cannot shift you to any other apartment. They want us to stay like this.Please help us

    One of the poor Management and they dont communicate on move out charges and wont send any mail or Calls to give details any charges. They wont provide any itemized bill on move out charges and will heavily charges without proper explanation. Highly recommend not to select this apartment. My recommendation if you looking to rent , youre money can be wasted and need to pay for charges thats you are not responsible and there is no communication on move out charges and security deposit they will loot. BE AWARE!!

    They are a bad company to rent from and they treat the tenants unfair. The company have insects problems and also rotant issue to. They expect you to pay alot of money for there unit while living unsafe. There is a new law for fair chance and they don't follow that fine any reason to not allow you to rent from there if you had a pass record. They allow people to do fraud. They also allow anyone to call and make up allegations that don't live in complex and then ask you to come inspect your home. I would never recommend anyone to rent from this company. The maintenance workers don't do there job well and like to tell off staff workers when people moved out which is not there business to company need to be investigate and inspection to the condition that some residents have to live in. They pick and chose whou they want to pick on and treat fair.

    This is absolutely ridiculous. They do not send maintenance even it is emergency. We have been sitting at home for last 2 days due to an emergency maintenance issue and the maintenance people spoke very rudely on call and disconnected. I would like to know how can they treat people like this. I would like to take this issue to court. Staying at home due to valuables and not stepping out to work as the door k*** is broken , the mental trauma is horrible. I will be checking with an attorney and this Middlesex management have to respect the renters.

    Ive lived in my unit since 2021. When I moved in it was a refurbished unit (I kept the original checklist stating that the apartment was not fully renovated) with noticeable lack of upgrades but I was ready to make this space my home. Management sent out an advertisement regarding the Emergency Rental Assistance program and I quickly signed up and sent management notice of my participation in the program. That was the beginning of my nightmare. Management would file court papers on me and then take it out of my grant ***** and then repeat the process 6 months later. They never reached out to communicate with me and despite being in constant contact with DCA, management continued to gauge any funds I would collect and charged premature fees despite their knowledge of the program. Upon investigation, it seems that there is a pattern of questionable practices. I look forward to the *** doing more investigations on corporate greed and passive discrimination. Remember people, continue to educate yourself on your rights as a consumer and tenant. Dont let them fear ****** you into giving up. If theres a will theres a way.

    Middlesex Management is an absolute joke. Repeated calls to customer service asking for a return call from the manager of the building (************, Rahway) to discuss an issue(issues), being told to submit the complaint in writing to their customer service email that also goes unanswered. The CSRs who answer the phones are pleasant and I realize they are doing what they are told to do however, it seems they work off a script and repeat the same, blah blah blah the conversation goes no where. Management hides, they ****. As a paying tenant with a question/concern I should at least be entitled to a return phone call. I am sure I would get some attention if I was to withhold my rent on the 1st of the month or better yet contact an attorney. My concern is the majority of the tenants in this building, being elderly and some extremely sick and frail, some without a family member to rely on to do any of this, how would they navigate through the ** of waiting for a call or even email their issue? The person who sits in the leasing office (when she decides to show up on random days that dont correspond to the hours posted on the door) is worthless. There should be someone in this building and every building that this company pretends to manage so that tenants can voice their concerns, issue or maintenance problems to. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT, sometimes you actually have to WORK for that paycheck. The paycheck I contribute to every 1st of the month. YOUR HORRIBLE do your job!

    This could be the worst apartment management I experienced, and I highly discourage anyone to live here (*******************)1. My car's back glass was broken. I was instructed to report to police and reach out to the property manager, *******, for video footage. He replied email quickly and very sincerely, saying he was going to ask for that from the third party company, and then disappeared. After two months, I had to send email to follow up, and he said he was still waiting and disappeared again, and even worse, he did not reply to my email any more. Finally I reached out to another apartment management email, and they were cooperating and ******* promised he would give result in one day, and disappeared one more time. After three days I had to follow up again, and ******* IMMEDIATELY replied to me saying they could not find the video footage for my parking spot. LOL what a joke and what a ridiculous manager. My car was not parked in any corner, and there are couple cameras around the position, I highly doubt if he really tried to find the footage, if so and he couldn't find it, what are those cameras for?2. The station swimming pool. Closed many many times per year. Recently they have an African-american lifesaver managing the pool, who is very rude and careless about the job. Every time I went to swim, over half, or 2/3 period, he would not be around the pool, rather chatting, playing his phone, disappearing in fitting room, enjoying sauna room, etc. Even worse, the schedule says pool open till 10 pm, this guy asks people to leave pool at 9:40, because he wants to leave early. I paid the membership, if swimming pool should close at 9:40 then say it in schedule. There used to be a nice girl lifesaver and this guy says the girl is no longer here, because she allows people to stay in pool till 10, LOL what a joke, fired because she follows the schedule?3. Frequent fire alarm, reduced shuttle frequency, cancelled night conceiger...

    I have been at *********** Im in for 4 years. The only smooth time I had was when I initially moved in, before I began to notice how poorly the unit was basically put together. The plumbing is horrible; I have 2.5 bathrooms and have only been able to consistently use two of them. The toilets either overflow or just dont go down when flushed. My sinks dont drain properly. I have had the maintenance men to my unit several times for those reasons among others. They put a bandage on it, give it a quick fix and go on about their business. In the same day the problem will reoccur. I cannot stand the maintenance men, the way my unit is falling apart, oh and the neighbors! It doesnt help that the walls are thin, but you can smell the neighbors dinner, hear their conversations, doors slam, etc.. I know that is what comes with apartment living, to an extent. When its excessive and disrupting us when it becomes an issue. I hate it here and wish I could move right now, because I absolutely would! The icing on the cake is the fact that the rent is sky high and you are NOT paying for what you get. The rent is almost $2k a month. The amount of issues had versus the rent doesnt add up. The mat is not mathin. If u could give 0 stars I would.
