      Second time i had an issue with then over charging me. I had setup an appointment for salt delivery and to check the water filtration system. In between the scheduling and the appointment the water filter issue resolved itself, they insist on still charging me $150 for the service visit ex the salt delivery. Keep in mind one technician came out to put salt in the water softener and check water system. I never got a bill or adked to sign anything, they just charged the card on file. Random charge just shows up on my credit card. Borderline fraudulent activity here. Would be very careful using them if you are a new customer. Further there filters are custom so you need them to change the filter every 4-6 months which you can only use them and they charge near $500 for this. Be really careful with this company!
