      I have been trying to get care from this company for a couple of months and all I have gotten are a bunch of excuses and cancellations. I spoke with the manager *********************************** and she appears overwhelmed and doing her best to try to get folks trained and hired. After speaking with her I do have compassion for her as it appears the owners of the company and higher level management are not advertising, recruiting, and focusing on developing Talent because if they were, ******** would have the tools she needs to do her job. I have no idea what happened with this company, but they have one Awards and have a five-star rating so I would assume there has been some kind of change in management. I hope they are able to get on top of this before they continue neglecting care for their patients.
