    I have contacted the business several times in reference to my A/C Unit not working. They have been told several times that the tempature in the apartment is unbearable. Yet, they never sent anybody to fix it

    Attached is the response to the complaint received. Please let me know if you need 

    This is regarding complaint ID #: ******** for ****** ******. 
    We received a work order on 8/16/2023 regarding the A/C not working properly. Upon inspection, the thermostat was not functioning in which maintenance replaced the thermostat. 
    We then received another work order on 8/27/2023 for the A/C not working properly. Maintenance reset the thermostat as well as went on the roof and adjusted the cables/wiring. The A/C was functioning properly, but we made an appointment for an A/C contractor to inspect the A/C unit to ensure that it was working property. On 8/29/2023, the contractor rewired the A/C unit to the thermostat, replaced the transformer, and confirmed that the unit was operating appropriately.   
    I followed up with the resident on both occasions in which she confirmed that her AC unit was working and running perfectly fine. I advised her that if this continues to happen to let us know right away so that we can ensure it gets repaired immediately.
