    The Management is disrespectful to ****************** have called Elders Senile to their faces and made told lies to their Insurance Companies about Insurance Claims There is no Security available The Security Gates do not work Apartments have been burglarized Cars are stolen from parking lot Windshields on cars have been shot with .22 bullets.MaintenanceRequests are often ignored Amenities that are mentioned online are not provided such as ******************** Staff are seldom available and hardly ever answer the phone Mail if delivered to the Office often go missing (Police Reports are available to prove all of these claims!) When Official Paperwork is served is not done by letter of the law. Staff is very unprofessional Lanuage, Attire, and Business Climate Patrons Portals have unexplained funds appear and disappear from time to time in amounts up to $800.00 The Grounds are dirty, trashy, dog ***** matter , and unwatered , trash overflowing in dumpsters
