    I tried to purchase a part from this business. I gave them all my payments info on the phone and according to them all the transactions failed. A couple of day later every charged did went through and they never sent the part so now I have 8 duplicate payments. I’ve tried to reach them by phone and email and they don’t answer me. I even believe they blocked my phone number.

    Hi, I bought a rear civic door on June 5th 2023, which was delivered completely damaged by R&L carriers. All the proofs including the pictures were submitted to the customer service of the business. I was charged $1100 and they agreed to refund my money back. After that I made numerous attempts contacting them but never got a prompt response. On top they use to send me used tracking numbers stating that a check was shipped my way. It's been more than 7 months and I haven't heard back from them. I almost call them every other day to check on my refund and the worst part is that they put me on hold for hours. If lucky and someone picks my call, the reply will be either manager is out of office or the manager named ****** says that he will process the payment by end of the day and he never calls back. This is my repeated story every week for past 6 months. They have transferred me $1 to cross check my account through ***** to send my refund back on September 5th and disappeared on me for paying $1099. I'm attaching all the proofs and invoices in the supporting documents. If need be I can even furnish all the text data between business and myself. I was patient enough till date but looks like they don't value their customers. I kindly request you to help me get my refund back. Thank you.

    I purchased a 6.7 l power stroke engine on September 7 I paid them $8,000 for it. They said it would be shipped in 5 to 10 business days. It never came and I tried to get my money back. They kept lying to me about it and stopped answering the phone. I told them all I want is my money back.Because I couldn't trust them to send me a good engine anymore. My bank returned the money to my account, but the buisness pulled it back out on december eleven and didn't answer the phone when I tried to call them, even though they had never even sent me anything...I wish somehow their business could be shut down before they give others the same nightmare!!!!

    I just found out yesterday that the money was returned through my bank. So the issue has been resolved as of today. Thanks!

    Today’s July 6 at approximately 130 I was on Google looking for a LS 6.2 motor and I found one at auto part store LLC through Google which I follow their link to their website and it showed a 2007 Escalade 6.2 L motor ranging from 2100 to 2400 but as you scroll down the page and it showed you to check boxes of the engine that was with 50,000 miles so it had an arrow there to click that box so I checked the box. Another mileage is popped up so I went with 100,000 miles , so then the price changed to 1455 for originally 1600 so I made the purchase throughout the purchase it said about shipping it’s 150 extra dollars to have a shepherd truck come to your house then versus a warehouse with a forklift, so I didn’t see that charge in there, so after I made the sale and it went through gave me an order number Gave me a zero balance charge my card I called up their office number and I informed the guy that I just placed an order on the site for the 6.2 L LS motor from the Escalade so he will look through the computer he’s looking for it that I gave my order number and found it because he pronounce my name but he didn’t pronounce it, right And then he seen the price was 1455 he said that’s not right it’s 2400 I said no it’s 2400 for 100,000 mile motor I didn’t get that one I mean $50 I’m sorry I got 100,000 mile motor which came out to 1455. No note or 2400 I can’t read it I got a refund guess you got you got a refund I already paid for it that’s what your website sold it to me for. It’s not my fault your website had an error on it if you’re saying it’s an error take that up with your guy who does your website take it out of his pocket but I already seen the advertisement I paid for it at that price and he should be shipping it to me lol they cleaned or not Full stabber advertisement at best no where is in the check out was there anything that spoke about clerical errors that they’re not responsible for none of that they have to sell it to me for that price I paid 1455

    I purchased a motor for $1245 on Aug 28 and still have not received it and I call and get put on hold or hung up on they told me it was shipped and I asked for a tracking number they send me a tracking number from ward and I grt of hold of ward and ward don't deliver from new Mexico to California and now my phone don't even call that number and I just want my money back please and thank you

    This business made no attempt to deliver there product. There staff offers to email you details but never do. They flag your phone number and will not pick up so I had my son call on his phone but they refused to give him any information on this invoice

    see attached I ordered a fuel tank from Auto Parts Store in which I have the invoice they said the price would be $490 which I paid. I received a call on Monday which I still have the voice mail saying the part was shipped. Received another call on Wednesday which I answered saying the part would be here on Friday. On Friday I received another call saying the part has not shipped yet and that they needed more money. I told them I had no more money to give them and to just refund my money to me. I have called them so many times they would say my money would be put back on my cards and they never have. I was told they were having technical problems putting the money back on my cards, so I asked them to send me a check which they said they would and never did. The gentleman I have been talking to is Ricky Parker.

    I contacted this business on June 27, 2023 in search of a part for a 1995 Ford Thunderbird. They sent pictures of the part and we approved the part because it looked good. The price was $250. The part is hard to find because the vehicle is so old. Upon receiving the part, our mechanic opened the box ( approximately 7-10 days later) and the part was bowed, which should have been straight, and one of the injectors was almost mashed shut in which there is no way fuel could get thru. I contacted auto store and they ask to speak to our mechanic. They spoke and a representative from autostore ask our mechanic if he could bend it straight in which our mechanic told him it could break and then he would be responsible for it. I contacted auto store 2 days later, I was giving them time to contact me, and ask for a shipping label. When I first received the part, the invoice said if there was any problem I had to have a shipping label from them in order to return. The guy I spoke to said he would send it to me via e-mail. This was on July 21, 2023. Contacted them again on July 25 stating we had never received the shipping label. On July 27, I contacted them by email and told them if we didn’t have the shipping label by July 28, I was contacting BBB. I received a call at 1 pm on the 28 stating we did not have to return the part, that they were sending another part. They sent pictures of the part again for our approval and we approved again. We still have not received the part. Contacted them last week and ask if it had shipped, they said yes. I ask for tracking # 2 days later, no response and ask again Aug 4 where was my part, no response and ask again yesterday August 6 no response. I feel like they took our money and we would like a full refund. Thank you

    This company sent me a defective part after receiving payment on June 29. I have reached out several time with Auto Store to get shipping label to return said part and never received the label. When I threatened to turn them in to BBB they called and said to keep the defective part and that they were sending me another part. This was on July 28. Ask if they had shipped the part, they said yes. I ask for tracking #, no response. Contacted via e mail on August 5 asking where my part was, no response and contacted on August 7 asking where my part is, no response.

    We have shipped the part to her two times now. She has disputed the charge. She has the part and she got money back. 

    We need her to either ship the part back to us or provide you with the money for the part.

    I ordered a part from Auto Parts LLC, New Mexico, never received the part as they said they were going to send it but found out it was damaged. Asked for a refund and they said no problem. It’s been 4 weeks and no refund yet. Many phone calls have been made and many promises to refund, but to date I am still waiting. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and it’s been very difficult to get by. I will be filling fraud charges against this company thru my bank. Now when I call they put me on hold and never pick up. DO NOT use this company.

    Yes I've been paid it took a long time to get it but yes I've been paid and they paid me but it shouldn't have taken 6 weeks to return something that was just taken out on my ATM card I still won't ever do business with him again

    On February 28,2023 I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra Engine from Auto Parts Store in Albuquerque NM in the amount of $4,000.00. It said on the receipt that it would be shipped within 5-7 business days. It was to be shipped to my mechanic at ***** ********** at 10 Taunton St Plainville Ma. In reality it wasn't received until April 11, 2023 . My Mechanic put the engine in the car and it wouldn't start. He said the timing chain was broken and the engine was no good. I then contacted Auto parts store to tell them that the engine they sold me was no good with pictures.They said they would send out another engine and pick this bad one up. It is now July 2nd. and still no engine. I have called repeatedly over the last month and have been given the complete run around. I now just want my money back and have talked to Melvin and Ricky who are in charge of operations, Austin and Paul etc and Benedict Lilli who is the sales coordinator. The answer is always someone will call you back which they don't. Please help me in getting a refund as I have no faith that this company is legitimate. I've seen all the other complaints on your website very similar to mine. Would it be wise to get all of us who have been given no satisfaction to file suit against this company or Contact a news station?
