*** ******* ******** ***** *** had my car from 9/15/21-9/17/21 ( I have the paper work) , which they fixed the three recalls in my car. They told me $908 worth of work that the warranty place will NOT cover and that is just without running the test that coast $135 out of pocket for them to even plug it in and run the test on my car to then call the warranty place, which is NOT going to cover a single thing that is wrong with the car. I’ve called the car loan place several times telling them I will NOT make a payment until I have a RELIABLE car to drive. As I try to get this problem solved the vehicle is getting worse and I'm spending money on false promises and lack of decency.

On 7/24/2021, I paid First Automotive Service Corporation to warranty my vehicle i purchased. After owning the vehicle for a week or two, it started making noises. I notified the dealership and they set up an appointment for me to drop it off to have it looked at. they determined there was an issue with front suspension and ordered the parts. They had me come back a few weeks later to have the service completed. They completed the service and I picked the vehicle up. A few weeks later the car started making noises and i took it to a local dealership to have it inspected. They ended up finding an issue with the a different part of the suspension that was not replaced in the first repair. The dealership filed the claim and the warranty company said it was sending an inspector out to approve the repair. the next day i called the dealership to get an update on my car. they told me the warranty company called and denied my claim for repair. I want this repaired as i paid for the

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
When I purchased the vehicle it was operating properly. After i drove it for a few weeks it started making noises. I brought it in to the dealership and they had it looked at by a local repair shop and replaced some parts. After that, it drove great for approximately 3 weeks. I even took it in to ***** ******* and had them look over the parts that were replaced and they agreed it was in good condition and there was no other issues. Two weeks later i heard more clunking and experienced other issues unrelated to the parts that were replaced. I took it in again to ***** ******* dealership and they identified the lower control arm and the sway bar linkage as now defective and in need of replacement. These parts were never replaced during any repair work completed. This is a new unrelated issue to what the warranty company is stating. Therefore, undwr contract and their agreements during purchase of the warranty, these parts are covered by the warranty that i purchased from them. I will either accept a full refund of the amount of purchase of the warranty or approval for the repairs.

      Regards,

      **** *******

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: The control arms that were replaced by the dealership that the warranty department denied the claim for were the "front lower left & right with pre-assembled ball joint control arm(forward position)" these have been replaced and are functioning properly.  The part that has now failed and is being denied is a completely separate part.  The part that has failed now is the "front lower rearward control arms" and the sway bar linkages.  Again, these are completely separate issues from the initial claim being discussed by the warranty company.  I either want them to fulfill their obligation under contract and approve the repairs as outlined in the contract or issue me a full refund.

      Regards,

We bought a car in 2020 and bought vehicle service contract.. We were told that if we sold the car or no longer wanted this we could opt out and receive a pro-rated refund. We sold the vehicle on July 5, 2021. We sent a letter as designated by the company on July 6, 2021. We had not heard so we contacted them by phone on August 16,2021. We were told to send an email to them with all of the information and a notarized statement as to the mileage of the car which we did. We called again today and was put on hold for over thirty minutes so we finally hung up. The service contract price was $2,500.00. The mileage was 13, 330. The VIN number of the car was: *****************. The contrract number is:**** *********.
