      I paid $10,000 for a shower remodel, however this price did not include the shower door. It is very difficult to keep shower curtain inside the shower, bottom lip is 1.5 inches. I was thinking that this was all inclusive. Beware, they will take your money and screw you with it. I’m more than angry, I reported this to Attorney generals office, their response,” Item not in contact “. Don’t use this company.

      Shower doors are not included nor was one selected to be installed as part of the contract. The Sales Manager has made multiple attempts to contact customer to assist in selecting a shower door to purchase with no luck.

      I am rejecting this response because: They stated that they made several attempts by marketing to call me regarding this matter, that is an outright lie. I deliver for income supplement and always have my phone, no voicemail received from them either.  I paid $10,000 cash for this remodel and closure is not included. I was lead to believe that this was all included.

      Attached is a copy of the contract indicating no shower door was included in the contract. We have also attached a copy of the installation checklist and Certificate of Completion signed by the homeowner indicating that the project was completed to their satisfaction. Our Sales Manager has made multiple attempts to contact the homeowner to discuss options to purchase a shower door; a copy of the call log is attached. The Sales Manager can be reached at ************ extension *** in the event his calls and messages are not being received.

      POOR STUCCO WORK THE STUCCO STARTED CRACKING ABOUT 6MONTHS AFTER COMPLETION. THE WORKERS CAME SEVERAL(10 TO 12) TIMES TO FIX CRACKS BUT THEY CONTINUED TO RE-SURFACE AND NOW IT HAS GOTTEN SO BAD THAT THE WINDOW IN LIVING ROOM IS NOW LEAKING INTO THE HOUSE!!       ********** has not provided the promised repair for the bathroom wall that was not installed correctly (middle wall was installed in two pieces instead of one piece). Also, they need to replace the shower head for the correct one I ordered which should have been brushed nickel to match the other fixtures. The ******* ******** ***, came and looked at the wall and shower head and said that trim would be installed around the shower uniformly instead of taking out the wall and the correct shower head would changed. My daughter and I have contacted ********** many times and have not received a call back from them to resolve my issues.

      We had a salesman from ***** ***** ********** come to my parents house to give us a estimate on redoing their shower to be more disability friendly. I was told it would take a couple of hours and he was there for 4 hours at least. He used me to help measure and use my hotspot because he was not equipped for a residence that had no internet. We measured the shower up to the ceiling that has an angle on it. It was over 100". He did not make the contract to match measurements. We were not advised of this. My parents are in their 80's and to expect them to read this on a phone should have been unacceptable. We should have been advised by salesman. The installer came and even wondered how he could go to the ceiling. He installed the shower to 96". This left a gap up to the ceiling which looks terrible. He was advised of my unhappiness right away and said to I speak with ***** ******** *** ********** ******* and possible get 10% refunded to us. Mr. ******** called the next day and was let know how disappointed we were with their service. We asked for the refund and he said very rudely "THAT AINT GONNA HAPPEN". He has since sent 2 demand letters for payment (this was taken care of after the 1st letter) we released final funding. In the letter he asked us to get ahold of him at ************ *** ***. This number would not ring thru. I am going to submit an invoice for my labor charge and my hotspot charge in the amount of $75.00. We feel that this company is taking advantage of our senior citizens in not explaining what the contract is actually. We would have not given them the job if they could not have gone to the ceiling. Now my moms depression is worse than ever when she takes her shower now. It would be nice if they would give us back some sort of discount back as asked for in the past or come finish the job. ******** *******

      I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with Shane on 5/6/24. He offered $150 gift card which I rejected. I asked for someone higher in the company (Ceo) to call me. Another project Manager  ***** called back and said they never got a signature for completion. I said email it and I  will  sign it but it doesn't mean my complaint was resolved. I requested him to have someone higher up call back. I have not received any calls yet. ?? I need someone who can make decisions based on how sale was handled and how this resolution can be made. My mom had a stroke due to all the stress this company has caused. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have someone call me!!!!

I have been asking them to come and fix a few windows that are letting in a lot of dirt. I have called several times, spoken to several of their representatives and I have yet to get anyone to give me a straight answer or come and check on these problems. I would never do business with them again nor would I ever recommend Dreamstyles remodeling.

      They did have a person go and do something to the windows, but they did not listen to the other complaints I had about the $40,000 windows they installed.  They fixed one little thing and they were done.  They just said to call them again with the other problems.  If it took months just to get them out here this time, how long will it take to get them to my house again?

No one calls us back, we have been getting the run around. We have stopped payment and will get legal help for action or return of monies.

      I hired Dreamstyle back in Aug of 2021 to complete a stucco project on my home I gave them a 5000 down payment. Work was never completed they returned to the home almost 2 years later to look at the home and have not returned since. one wall completely undone and now has damage. There was no permit pulled to work on the home per licensing and regulation department. They are stating I owe them over $17000 dollars yet work has not been completed I do not have a signed loan contract and they have been reporting to my credit and has caused a drop in my score which is causing emotional distress due to not qualifying for certain items like better rates for insurance etc. I would like a return and my credit report repaired. I have more pictures available that I couldn’t upload. I had to contact an attorney who filed a demand letter and they still failed to respond.

      We hired Dreamstyle Remodeling to install a new roof and skylights. The new roof was installed Novermber of 2023. They had trouble finding the correct size skylights. They placed an order for the skylights and put our old skylights back. A few months later and the skylights are still not in and a big wind comes and blows one of the skylights off the roof. The skylight bouncing across the brand new roof. They came back, glued the skylight back together where it cracked and replaced it. I continued to ask for the new skylights, but they continued to say they were still on backorder. The bill came due in February (?) 2024 and they asked that we pay it since we would need to reapply for the credit and this would not be good for our credit score. We paid it with the guarantee that the skylights would be replaced. We are now in April 2024 and the original project manager has left, his manager will not return my calls and the next level of manager has also ignored my calls. I want this job completed.

      I met with sales rep *** ********** of Dreamstyle Remodeling on 19 January 2024 at my residence. I signed a contract with him to install two bedroom windows and a bathroom window in my residence. He measured the windows and provided a price of $2132.86. I signed the contract and gave him the requested deposit of $1066.50 and he then signed the contract.. He told me that installation supervisor, **** ** ** ****, would formally measure the 3 windows in two weeks. When the window measurements weren't taken by de la Rosa I called Mr. ********** on 12 March 2024. Mr. ********** told me it should have been done and he would find what happened and call me. When I didn't get a callback by 15 March 2024 I called him at ***** **** **** and as got no answer I left 5 messages for a callback. It became clear he was not avoiding my calls so on 19 March I called Dreamstyle Remolding at ***** ******** and spoke to Mr. ** ** **** who said he would find what happened and call back. He returned the call and said he called 5 persons in Albuquerque NM, He said the job had been underbid and someone should have called me and ****** or ****** would call me about returning the $1066.50 payment I made on 19 January 2024. I told **** I wanted the windows and I wanted them fast. I did not receive a call from ****** or ****** or any one else from Dreamstyle. I tried to call Cruz at the work number and his cell number ***** ******** more than 9 times and left messages and it became apparent he was avoiding my calls. Under Texas law Dreamstyle Remodeling and *** ********** are in Breach of Contract and are also attempting to fraudulently take the $1066.50 paid to them 0n 19 January 2024. Under Texas law even if they should return the deposit they are liable for the difference another competitor might charge above the contract amount o 42132.86 for the same three windows.

      I paid Dreamstyle Remodeling $50,000 In December 2023 to replace my sisters roof who lives in Santa Fe . My sister name is ****** *******. .I spoke with Ryan R****** who was a supervisor at Dreamstyle who quoted me a price to replace her roof . The $50,000 was a down payment . 3 months later the roof hasn’t been replaced . I reached out to Mr R****** and he stated it was getting worked on . After several weeks he passed me onto to the roofer named Brandon who stated he was having permit issues and couldn’t get 2 foot dumpsters for job . Several weeks went by and I talked to another employee Lonnie who said Brandon isn’t working for company anymore .I then talked to Kenny who is now the roofing supervisor and he said he would work on a resolution to my problem . Kenny stopped communicating. I am trying to recoup my 50 k from them but no one is helping me . I need any help possible . Thank you

      Refund check #***** was processed and mailed out on 3/29/24. Check was written to ****** ******* and mailed to *** ***** *** **** ***** *** ** ***** as this is the information on the contract. We are unable to issue refunds to anyone other than the individual listed on the contract without legal paperwork stating there is a power of attorney or something similar.
