      On July 24, 2021 Mr. Juan M******, Dreamstyle sales representative, came to our home to provide a quote on remodeling our two bathrooms and we decided to go forward with the remodeling. Paperwork was signed on his Ipad and financing was procured. We have never received a copy of the paperwork that was signed or of the financing details in either digital or paper form. We understood financing was through ***** *** at 2.99%. In August we received a letter from ***** *** stating that the entire project wasn't being funded and it raised a red flag. We called Mr. M****** about this situation he let us know that they were not financing through ***** ***. Instead, it was ******* ******* at an interest rate of 6.99%. We informed Mr. M****** we didn't agree with this rate and wanted the project cancelled. He said he didn't have the authority to cancel the project, but he would talk to Randy J*****, his superior, about cancelling the project. We waited for 3 days for an answer. On the fourth day we called Mr. M****** again to find out the status. He was very short on the call but stated that Randy J***** said the project had been cancelled and that we wouldn't get charged any type of fees for the cancellation. We thought we were done with Dreamstyle. However, the week of September 20, 2021 we received a phone call from Les B****, asking us to schedule the installation for the project. We explained to Mr. B**** what had transpired with this project and he said he was going to look into it. Mr. B**** then sent us a letter stating that if we canceled we would be charged 33% of total project and actual expenses. September 26, 2021 Mr. B**** called and left a voice message stating that it was going to the lawyers and they were going to put a lien on our home. This same day, a representative from ******* ******* also called and left a voice message letting us know to schedule installation with Dreamstyle and that the financing couldn't be cancelled by us.

      We are sorry to hear you are no longer interested in moving forward with your project.  The Finance offer you presented to us appears to be from a competing company.  Upon further review, your Financing was set up and approved by you in accordance with your contract.  I understand we also offered a discount  as our way of offering an additional incentive on top of the discounts and finance promotions you were initially offered when you purchased back in July.  At this time we have all of your materials on site in our warehouse and we are ready to complete your bathroom project.  If you choose to cancel at this time we can discuss the cancellation fees.

      dreamstyle  has continuedly conveyed information my husband in regards to this case i let know in writing not to be contacting my husband because has congenital heart problem and he ahs parkinson's disease but mr b**** ha insisted on continually comitingto sending all the information to my husband. i don't agree with mr n****s assessment the problem with the project.   please have mr b**** refrain form contacting my husband. i am at work right now at work so will convey the paperwork needed to move forward. my hope as to resole this ins favorable manner for both parties,  but a sthe legal department on th dreamstyle part has gotten involved i will no longer accept an information from dreamstyle that is not in the form of a written legal document that will be deliver via our postal service thank you ****** ******

      I am rejecting this response because: i do not believe that mr Les b**** a "leg to stand on " simply because the dates that has has on his letter do not corresponded with hithe dates in my position. I will attach a copy of the letter we had originally snit to dreamstyle remodeling referencing the cancellation o ft th edeilvery o fht eproduction wihtt the helpand the blessing of Randy J***** And mr Juan m****** thye raei believe the sales manger and the sales man involved with this transaction. i believe thtat there is lack of communication between mr b**** and mr j***** therefore my n**** id do the belief we can clld the project later in the proceess than we did/,iif the letter wesnt o him nia snail amil and signature required we let him know why the project was cancelled and when it was can celled . i am attaching a opy of this lette so you cna pot this wiht all themateial you have . also when mr, sent us a copy o fht econtract afte all our complaining ws done and obverwith, the we realizd that they stpulate that any problems ith the cancelation o ht project wiklkl be take care of by and aritator that they those and his has not been done i believe that mr b**** is a bully who tries to intimidate anyone and everyone he can. this why he is not settling the dispute with us, i believe but we wre in the ight ot challenge his bullying. mr b**** has the reuptaion of becing a bully thta you just have to read any of the complaints that are posted on the bbb website that are against dreamstyle remodeling and you van see the pattern. i also will be evtuakky filing a complaint iwht the consumer protection agency against their personnel who file the paperwork iwht the pople thta do the financial stuff becaus ehtye have called an harnessed my  husband on his phone and letf messgaes that they were not going to cancell the finaincing for the projet untill dreasytl told hem they could even though legally that is not possible.

      Unwanted soliciting and use of my personal information. I and the people in my household were victims of an attempted murder and arson and ANY unwanted use of our information has the potential to put our lives and property at risk/jeopardy of continued violence/arson. I want all contact in any form to cease immediately, 60days is absolutely unacceptable when my life might be at risk.

      1st if June I discovered cracks in the 2 year old stucco applied by Dreamstyle. I called to set up warranty repair and could not get any response to several calls.. Late June I called and told them I would not consider them for the re-roofing Project as they apparently do not honor warranties. They then responded they would inspect in early July. Upon inspecting they said they would schedule repairs.. When In early August I still hadn't heard from them I was about to call when they called to schedule the repair of Aug 19th. The repairman came on the 19th and repaired using grey cement. He promised to call when he returned to the shop he would call to schedule the color coat in Hickory. Having not heard any thing by the 2nd of Sept I called to find out when they were going to finish the repair .promised a call back but did not receive any. On Sep 16 I left a message for the Stucco Supervisor and got no response. On Sep 30 was promised a prompt response; Still waiting.

      I bought a spa from Dreamstyle on 11/3/19, with full installation complete by 1/1/20. The purchase included a 2-year warranty on the spa shell. I identified a crack in the spa shell in April 2021. I reported this defect to Dreamstyle on April 5, 2021. It has been nearly 6 months as of this complaint (10/1/21) and the issue has not been warrantied. I have inquired by phone and email several times regarding the status of my warranty request to no avail. I've been told that "we don't have anybody who can do the work" and "the technician is not calling us back". On 9/23/2021, In a phone call, I expressed my dissatisfaction to Dreamstyle with their inability to honor their warranty in a timely manner and they hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. I was then promised via email that a repair worker would contact me during the week of September 27th. I have still not been contacted with a timeline for when the warranty issue can be resolved or if it will EVER be resolved.

      Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention.
      Our production manager and his team have been in contact with the client throughout the process of getting this crack repaired.
      This repair requires a specialty acrylic repair kit as well as a specialized technician. This repair kit was on back order for several weeks and has just recently been received.
      The company contracted to perform the repair work is in the process of scheduling service with Ms. Tanner.
      The repair will be performed under warranty as per the contract agreement. However, we are unable to offer a discount or refund for this issue.
