I paid $7.99 for frito pie. They gave it to me in a cut frito bag with barely any chili, and old cheese. It was very dry!!! It use to come in a container. What happened to the good service? I ate half of it.Business Response

I ordered mine and my husband's food on 12/16/24 at 637 pm when I got home to eat we were eating and my husband started taking food out of his mouth and gagging when we looked there was a huge long hair in his food we both started throwing up I couldn't even eat my food we are so disappointed because I love Blake's I tried calling corporate and all it says is they will call you back I am still waiting for a call backBusiness Response

I placed an order at 10:51AM on September 13, 2024. I put the point of contact for pickup as my cousin ****** Jauregui ans number and email as my own (********* ******). When ****** went in to pick it up at 11:07AM lotaburger employees stated a girl with long hair already picked it up. At this point ****** asked for a refund since they didn't have our order. And employee **** stated he couldn't do that. Because the "girl" verified ******* information. I want a refund on my card. This is not the first time they have done this.Business Response

After receiving the incorrect order a number of times, I finally asked for a refund. I was told since my order was placed online, i would need to reach out to corporate by a manager named ****** at the Deborah Location in Rio Rancho. He refused to provide a phone number or email. The phone listed on the website goes straight to voicemail, with no response. The contact form on the website also gets no response. There is nowhere in the app to file for a refund, a complaint, or to even receive any customer service contact info. Beyond never having anyone at the counter, and constantly being treated rudely by ******, the lack of refund or ability to reach customer service should be considered an illegal business practice.Business Response

The phone number on the complaint was not valid. I have not received a reply from either call or email. Just wanted to give an update.

I placed order, paid and asked for a copy of my receipt. I was handed a receipt and noticed a charge that wasn't accurate so I brought it to employee ******* attention. This employee threw his hand up telling me he isn't going to help me or hear out my complaint although he admitted they did bill me incorrectly. As manager **** walked up he started cursing at me in front of other customers. I became scared, shaking in distress/ embarrassment and more upset. I told the manager **** why is your employee still cursing yelling at me while I am not cursing or acting aggressively? I was confused and already feeling discriminated against. I pulled my cell phone out to record the audio. Customers and employees were all watching this incident. **** was more concerned about calming down ***** and told him I mentioned I would call the police if this employee continues to curse and act aggressive towards me. **** was in no way apologizing for the incident. I couldn't believe this was happening to me. I felt more uncomfortable because of how I was being treated so I just told **** I would like full refund and to cancel the order. I don't believe a business with this type of crew deserve my money or business. I tried to contact the corporate office but I don't know if anyone will follow up with me. I hope the refund of my order was completed and cancelled correctly. It's unfortunate that customers are treated like this when the crew members charged me incorrectly and admitted to this then I get verbally attacked by staff.Business Response

Bought a burger meal and the order was wrong, so I sent it back. Once I got it back it was wrong again so I asked for a refund. The manager said it was refunded, but the money was never put back in my account. I went back to the location and all they did was give me a customer service number. I've called the number 27 times now and got no answer. I've also left messages to no avail. This is fraud and this company should not be able to get away with this. On May 21, 2023, I placed an order for a Blake's Lota Burger and It's a Burger at the 1801 Juan Tabo Blvd NE, Albuquerque 87112 location. The worker at the drive-up window charged my debit card, $28.31. I went in and explained that I was over charged. He said the receipts got mixed up, and he didn't have any cash to return to me, so he charged $10.33 for the two burgers and said to return in the morning for the 28.31 that I got overcharged. I returned in the morning and was told by the manager to go to the Blakes main office. The receptionist at the Blakes Office said to call the regional manager after I told her that Blakes charged my checking account $28.31 and $10.33 for two burgers. I called and left a voice mail, but didn't get a call back. I returned a week later, and they said they were working on it to credit my debit card. I have called April T*******, HR Assistant and a manager several times, and each time they have said they were working on it, and that it would take 7 to 14 days. As of 06/29/23, Blake's Lota Burger Management has not given me a refund for $28.31, and I should not have to keep waiting for my refund due to their error. I placed an order on their app. It took the order and charged my card. I got there and they were closed. When I got the employee’s attention she said, “**** you, we are closed”. This is the second time that I have been treated extremely rudely at this location and management, even corporate management doesn’t seem to care.
