    On December 14, 2024 , I spoke with the owner, Adam A***** about our XBOX One S needing the HDMI port repaired. I was given a receipt/ticket that the repair would cost $134.54 total and that the repair would take approximately two days. I spoke with Adam several times over the following week. He admitted that he broke the power button when taking the cover off. He said he was ordering another part also which had nothing to do with the HDMI port. I was confused at this point why he was needing another unrelated part. The following Saturday, one week later, he still did not have it repaired. The next day he said it was ready. I came back five days later due to having pneumonia and being hospitalized which I called and told Adam I would be coming. He was not there when I came there in person. The XBOX was handed to me by another employee. It was clear it was not our XBOX. I made sure that we had identifying marks on our box and this XBOX clearly was not ours. It also had many scratches all over and very dirty in the vents. Ours was clean, pristine condition with identification marks on back. They told me Adam would not be in all next week but I would need to speak only with Adam about this matter. On January 7, I called them and again they told me Adam would not be in and they didnt know when he would be and they would have him call me. He did not call me. I said I wanted OUR XBOX back even if he broke it more or couldnt fix it and there would be no repair payment. I just wanted our XBOX back as is with my son's games still on it also. Adam is still avoiding me and they still have our XBOX.

    The Xbox is hers and I told her this. She can pick it up whenever she likes. We offered to verify her ownership by connecting it to TV to show names on screen for games played. I will even send call logs to verify our conversations.
