      Purchased Tundrabrick Latigo from Utility Block Company over the phone on 6/27/24 on Discover card for $778.35. Was not told when purchasing over phone that no returns were accepted. Did not receive an invoice emailed to me as requested. Utility Block did not have an actual sample but gave me a catalog of styles & colors the week before and I chose from that. Picked up bricks 1st week in August. Got them home and checked them. Correct boxes but not the color of brick I ordered from catalog. Contacted manufacturer (******** ***** ******** ********) in early August to ask how to paint them because they were a different color from their catalog but was told they do not recommend painting. Am still waiting for Claims at ******** to give me more info. Called Utility Block on 9/17 and explained situation to clerk. She said she would have manager call me back after lunch. Received no call. Have started a claims dispute with Discover Card for the charge. Have not returned bricks yet because Utility Block said thay would not take them.

      Attached is the original sales order for that was placed. When picking up material in our office there are multiple signs saying no returns or exchanges on any materials. 

      also, on the back of the receipt there also is a paragraph talking about returns and we stamp the front of the sales order with no returns.

       

      With that being said the customer already canceled the credit card charge so I would like to get an address for us to go pick up our materials.
