    My experience with Cottonwood Park Dentistry was appalling and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for December 10, 2024, at their *************** location for its convenience. ********** a staff member, was helpful, but things took a disgraceful turn when I received a call from ****** ****** at their Uptown office. She informed me that my appointment was being moved due to a perceived conflict of interest. The issue? My husbands ex-wife, ***** ******, works at ****************This reasoning is absurd. *** ******, who has disliked me since I became part of her daughters life, has no valid reason to interfere with my healthcare. Her personal issues with my husband and their custody arrangements have nothing to do with me. Allowing her to disrupt my care is discriminatory and unprofessional. I was unaware of her employment at the practice, and it is outrageous that her inability to separate personal grievances from her job has affected my access to care. This is a blatant failure of professional standards.When I tried to address this issue, I was met with deflection and excuses. I was told no manager was available, and ********** who scheduled my appointment, was on vacation. Instead of resolving the problem, I received a dismissive response suggesting I seek care elsewhere. This is not how patients should be treated, especially when the issue stems from staff ************* a new mother recently relocated from overseas, I already face challenges accessing healthcare. For this practice to prioritize internal drama over patient care is unacceptable. Patients should never be caught in office politics, and this behavior raises serious concerns about their ethics.I strongly advise anyone considering Cottonwood Park Dentistry to look elsewhere. This practice lacks accountability, integrity, and basic respect for their patients. I will find a provider who values professionalism and prioritizes care over ***** personal issues. Strongly do not recommend!
