    I purchased some beauty items online called Bliss Skin Tag Removal.Nov 18 and immediately returned them. The customer service number is ************. After waiting weeks for my refund I called again and received half of my refund and they said the other half would arrive within 7-10 business days.. After waiting I did not get it. Weeks later I called again with no refund sent. I called again on Feb 15 with their promise of not charging the restocking fee and sending my refund within 5 days. STILL NO REFUND. They’ve lied over & over. I’ve completely exhausted my patience. The reference number is *******.

    On three separate occasions, this company charged me $199 to my debit card. I finally caught this on my bank statement yesterday. They have charged me $600 total for products I did not purchase. They would not refund my full amount for these charges, because they stated that I ordered them and agreed to a monthly subscription. I asked them to provide proof that I signed up for this, and they were unable to do so. I am currently seeking legal advice and will be taking this company to court to get my $600 back as well as any legal fees I incur.

    0n 02/16/23 I placed an order for 39.99 for cbd gummies from this company. I received the order and there were 7 or 8 bottles. I only ordered 1 and was supposed to get 2 free. In the package were 5 bottles of gummies and 2 or 3 bottles of capsules which I didn't order. In March I'm charged 199.88 for something I didn't order. I look into the charge and come to find out I was also charged 199.88 in February as well along with 59.99 all from the same company. So I immediately dispute the charges on my debit card as fraudulent. So I look into the company and find a phone number. I call the representative who's name is ******. He informs me that I didn't uncheck the box for a monthly subscription so I was automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription. I got pretty angry about the company having the monthly subscription box checked for anyone placing an order. He canceled it for me but when I asked to speak to his supervisor he laughed at me and told me they would say the exact same thing he had just said and then he hung up on me. So I call back and talked to ******* who tells me my first order can't be returned because it was past 30 days but she could give me a 70 dollar discount and that i have to wait for the March order to be delivered before they could do anything else. I'm very upset with this entire thing. I'm now out $389.75 for an order that was supposed to be $39.99. I want my money back. I don't even want the bottles I have! I've wasted my entire day dealing with this fraudulent company. One more thing. How can this company charge a person twice for the first month? I was charged 59.99 I guess for the first order that should've been 39.99. Then they charged 199.88 for a subscription that I never received. Because I had evidently paid the 59.99 for the first set of bottles. How can I be charged 199.88 for the same order? What is the first 199.88 for? I just want my money back and this entire head ache to go away. Beware this is for sure a SCAM!!!!

    We would be more than happy to clarify any misunderstanding with your order. The deal is $199.88 for three bottles, so each bottle is $66.63 for Proper CBD Gummies. We are including two free bottles in that package, bringing the price down (divide $199.88 by 5) to $39.98 for each bottle. You also placed an additional order for a bottle of Proper CBD Capsules, a separate charge of $59.99. We provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.

    As agreed in the Terms and Conditions, if you do not wish to receive another shipment, you must cancel your account within 30 days from the order date.     By looking at the complaints, I could just copy and paste. What a scam this company is perpetrating. I bought these gummies for male issues, but it turns out, this company markets to people’s insecurities. Overweight? Change the wording on the bottle. Male issues? Change the wording on the bottle? Skin disorder?.. well you get it. Not only that, I was charged an initial $59.99 and then in the same day, $199.88. It looks like this same amount across the board for all the complaints. Just got charged again for the $199.88. Enough already. I’ll chalk up the list money to my own stupidity. I would like a refund.

    I made a purchase from ULTRA CBD 02/15/2023 09:48am I thought I was purchasing 2 CBD GUMMIES for $59,99. which is what was advertised. I WAS THEN charged $199.88 and received BOTTLES I DID NOT ORDER . ON MY BANK STATEMENT I NOW HAVE A 59.99 AND A 199.88 CHARGE ON THE SAME DAY I called to cancel the order because it was wrong and they said they could not cancel . the website is very deceiving. I was told that I could return the products for a full refund minus shipping costs but I needed a return authorization number. I never received the number and I called again to cancel the order I called my bank and asked them not to honor this charge I can't believe this company is stealing from their customers and apparently getting away with it. I would like a full refund; their customer service is unacceptable. please do your self a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ALL ITS ASSETS. I CANNOT RECOMEND THIS BUISNESS UNTIL THEY MAKE IT RIGHT AND REFUND ME. I STILL HAVE ALL THE STUFF I DID NOT ORDER AND I WILL RETURN IT IF THEY LET ME.     On 02/02/23 I ordered 5 bottled of CBD Gummies from this company. My card was charged $199.88 for the original order. Then the company charged me $59.99 for CBD Capsules. I called them to dispute because I did not order the capsules and they took $39.99 off of the bill and credited my account. I specifically told the customer service person to make sure that this was not a recurring order. I received the order a few days later. Today, 03/11/23, I received 5 more bottles of CBD Gummies in the mail and when I checked my card, I found that I had been charged $199.88 on 03/04/23. This company is deceptive or just plain incompetent in the customer service realm.
