            I bought a trial package that was supposed to be for *****. That included 1 bottle of each, the gummies and the keto cleanser. (Online I denied the cleanser, but still wanted to try the acv gummies) I never got an email or a paper trail besides the charges on my account. The first charges were ***** and the another ******! I couldn't stop the charge as it already went thru to my account, but I was scammed for prices. And then it rolls you over into a monthly subscription, I did cancel it but I see today that I have another pending transaction for another ******?!? I called the number that was linked with the pending transaction under getsrwwellnessproduct and . And I talked to someone that sound from the ***********, very hard to understand, "***" stated he would cancel my subscription and stated an email would be sent out and I got an cancel order number but haven't received any paper trail! I am beyond disappointed ?? I hate scams!

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.As a gesture of goodwill, we have provided a complete refund for the most recent order. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.Thank you
