    Hello, I am reaching out for your assistance. I purchased an item on 2/5/2022 from JulieAnns Fashion Boutique and when I placed the order, I read their policy on when to request status updates on their orders. The first message I sent them was on 3/15/2022 asking for a status on my order. They stated that my order would ship out that Thursday of that week. That week passed and no tracking information was sent to me. I followed up once again on 3/28/2022 and no one messaged me back. Again, I emailed them on 3/31/2022. They stated that my order was “barely” being shipped out when they had stated to me before that my item was being shipped out. I followed up with them 4/18/2022 once again and no one has contacted me. I emailed them today 4/21/2022 and I did not hear anything back from them. I would like for them to send me the item I paid for which cost me $150! If they do not have the item on hand or the carrier lost my item I am requesting for them to refund my money. I know majority of businesses are delayed due to supply chain issues, but this is poor customer service.

    We went ahead and process a refund for the customers card 5/5/2022 

    some of our garments take longer than others and that we have a disclaimer on our website and we communicate with the customers as much as we can and letting them know at what point of making their garment or the status of it is. we apologize to our customer for the delay in this specific style that you she chose.

    On 2/24/2022 I paid $156 for an item from this shop after seeing the shop advertise on social media. After 18 days of no confirmation email for tracking, I emailed the shop and got no response. I commented on advertisement video and the owner deleted my comment and messaged me and said she was sending my order the following day. Late the next day I messaged her for tracking and no response. The next day I was blocked from messaging. I texted number listed online and she responded and I told her who I was and just wanted to see if my order was shipped, I was then blocked again. I had someone else txt her and she responded but never sent my order that I paid $156 for.

    This issue has been taken care of customer was refunded the money on March 23. We have it all over our website that our products take anywhere from 10 to 20 business days to manufacture business days meaning we do not count weekends or holidays customer placed order on February 24 we sent out confirmation. Some styles take longer than other and it all depends on some styles take longer than other and it all depends on size and the color that they choose ,  we understand our customers expect us to ship our products within the first three days but for our company that is not the case and we have it all over our website that we take 10 to 20 business days to manufacture our famous Fajas Colombianas. We have this information disclosed all over our website in fact they get a warning sign before our customers place the order we let them know that we do not have fast shipping. We contact the customer and she had already filed a dispute we went ahead and canceled the order for her and refunded her money.

    I am rejecting this response because the information provided by business is not accurate. My order had been about 20 days when I was told by the owner that it was being sent out already that next morning. I contacted the owner 2 days later and was blocked and ignored. My mother messaged her which she then responded by canceling my order. I did not file a complaint until later that day AFTER my order was canceled. You can clearly see the date and times on the photos I submitted.

    Customer was refunded in March 23, customer placed order February 24th per or policy and disclaimer Some cells take longer than others depending on the size and color that the customer chose we tried to communicate our customers as much as we can the status of their order typically we can take more than a month to ship out customer was refunded and everything was processed successfully

    Before Ordering keep in mind we take a while to ship your FAJAS, We can take anywhere from 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS to ship your faja order. In some cases we can take an additional 15 days depending on sizing and color of your faja. HOLIDAYS can also back track your order. We use standard USPS shipping to ship our Items. Once we ship we are not responsible for the package or what ever happens to it after it leaves our facility.s
