I paid Jr &sons $3,075.62 on 6-21-22 to build a fence with 2 gates on the south side of my house, I paid half the amount down with the agreement I would pay the other half when the work was completed, Jr & sons scheduled me for August 16th,2022 on that same day I got an email saying the work would be postponed because some of there employees got COVID, so they again scheduled me for October 18th, 2022 then at that time they said they needed to wait for the call before you dig to approve, several days later I'm still waiting, apparently they gave the wrong address, so several days past they now had correct address, they just seemed like I was being given the run around, I asked for a refund on 11-29-2022, ***** ***** said she refunded me and sent me something she says is a refund receipt, I never got my refund till this date, ***** ***** swears they refunded me my money but my bank and my credit card people said they never refunded my money therefore I am contacting BBB in hopes they can help me get my money back, Jr and sons have done work twice for me in the past with no problems but this time I think they stole my money, please help, thank you, the ********** the money was taken out of my boyfriend's account, I can give his information if needed, thank you.
