I recieved the furniture 10-21-2022 and I explain it in my letter. The mattress hurt my back right away so I purchased a topper it worked for a short time so I called a young man said if you want to be comfortable you have to spend more money. So I called I called again on I think Nov 21, 2022 and a nice young lady I think called *** not sure said call warrenty at ***** ********. I spoke to Y****** who had a rude tone, said that I had a warrenty for the mattress but not the chair the mattress is vile and should be take off the market! The chair on the seat is hard and all reddy breaking down and it only been a month! I got a text there going to inspect Fri Dec 9 between 10-2. I would request that BBB could inspect I don’t trust them. Dear to whom it may concern, I purchased a bed and two chairs from American Home Furniture and Mattress at *** ********* ** ** ************ ** ***** there phone is: ***** ********. I had to borrow more than $2000.00 from a friend. I am in poverty and had my mothers old furniture after she passed away. I moved to ***** ***** ********** and 8 months later I got bed bugs. The bug guy ****** said I would have to get rid of it, my bed was on the floor and strange too large a mattress I bit by both spiders and bed bugs. I did not move the new furniture in until all the bed bugs were gone and happy they are gone! My legs swoll up and I had to take penasylan. The mattress hurt my back right away it has horrible coils in it. So I got a topper for it that worked for a short time. It was causing severe pain in my hips back I have fibromyalgia, but I don’t think even a young healthy person could sleep rait. The mattress is vile! I should be taken off the market immediatly its called model 07430-pikes-H-4/6 Pikes8” Inner Spring Full Mattress. So after I get up and sit on the chair I can’t sit back on it and then I would be forced to hold myself up in talk about torture! It’s only been a month and seat of the chair is breaking down its extremly hard and hurt my butt and my back is very poor quality and the mattress should be banned! The chair doen’t bother my neighbor and cousin who visits me but I’m concerned I will have to replace it soon too! I don’t have money to throw away I can’t use the mattress and chair! I called American Home Furniture and Mattress and got a hold of a young man who told me if I want to comfortable I would have to spend more money. I then called I think on Nov 21, 2022, and got a hold of friendly young lady *** or not sure, she said call the warrenty at ***** ******** I spoke to Y****** who said that I couldn’t get money for the chair but the mattress had a warrenty and that they would come and inspect it with a rude tone! I got upset and called back the next day or so and told her I wanted my money back for both the mattress and the chair that I was hurting my back. She was sarcastic and said be specific. What part of your back? I sad all over, she said she would inform the manager and he would call me back that has’nt happened so far. I would like an investigation to be done and request that some would come see how bad the mattress and chair is. Please help me I borrow a blow up mattress and old chair from my neighbor and I need a decent mattress and chair. I can’t get it until I get my money back. Thank you for your consideration
