              see attached On 7-13-23 I went to Samon's on Central St to buy a pump for the hous roof swamp cooker. I bought this pump and other items like have been doing business with Samone at the store for about 70 years. They always been fair.               Today, my contractor asked me to go to Samon' s to get an electrical cord to install my garbage disposal. There were 5 associates standing around and no customers. An elderly gentlemn came to help. I told him what I needed and he wasn't sure and asked someone. They said some isles. No one would step in and help me, or this gentleman. It was unbeleivable. I was so angry. I expressed my opinion of no one helping us. They seemed surprised. The gentleman that had waited on me, in an angry voice asked "Do I want it or not". I think they are trying to get rid of him. How many businesses would love to have the staff they have? Never shop there again.
