On 3/08/2023 I was on Facebook and click on what I thought was a contest for a Walmart card. I should of known better but did it any way. At no time did I know that this was just to get me to sign up for a Fitness Program. I have tried to contact these people twice via e-mails address that came back as no good to as for a full refund because all of a sudden I find that on 3/13/2023 that have now taken $109.00 out of my checking account. I do not want to this and can't seem to get anybody to help me without paying further. I filled out a form on their website: ********************** and they sent me to another website that I would have to pay or sign up to pay in order to use it. I think this company is bogus! And I would like my money back. Hope you can help me. ********* ******

This is a copy of the email I sent to them, but it keeps bouncing back. Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. *************************** Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up. This is my second time emailing you, and I sure hope it doesn't bounce back to me again. This account was totally falsified against my will. I saw this thing on ******** that was supposed to be for *******, and was led to believe I had won a $500 ******* gift card. It was stated all I had to do was pay $2.99 for shipping in order to receive the card. The next thing I know my debit card is charged $9.99, and I'm signed up for this **** that I never agreed too. I want this $9.99 refunded back to my card, and this phoney account closed immediately. If this is not done ASAP I will notify the Better Business Bureau and let them know how you falsify accounts, and take peoples money against their free will. And now upon checking my bank account I see a charge in the amount of $109.88 pending deduction. I want this money along with the initial $9.99 returned back immediately. I need this money as I am on Social Security, and have to pay bills. If this is not returned and the account closed ASAP further action will be taken.
