I spent nearly 30k to have them install mini splits in my house. I ordered them on December 26th of last year. The man who sold me the system told me that it would be installed in a matter of a few weeks. Today is March the 11th and they finally showed up to install the system today -and after spending the whole day here the unit in my living room doesnt work.. When I told the head of the crew it wasnt working he tried to take me for a fool and told me that it was just really quiet!. The system was even saying there was an error (PC 03 refrigerant imbalance). The main unit is not functioning at all. I had this company install a mini split upstairs in my house 5 years ago and there were problems then, but they admitted it and came back to fix them right away. I couldnt even get these guys to commit to fixing this issue in a timely manner. After all this money spent and taking time off work to have this done, I am very unsatisfied with this company.Review from Darryl F

I have used Signature Heating and Cooling for years, and they have always been terrific and today was no exception---************ was knowledgeable, through, efficient, and skilled and did a great job turning over my swamp cooler for heat, checking my water heater, etc. Highly recommended!Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, LLC Response

Im not sure how the reviews are so high except to say those must have been easy problems to solve. Im 25k less and over a year into hiring signature heating and cooling and I would love to say every time they come to my house I dont feel scammed, but I cant.The most recent job was a full check through my electrical for a house built in the 70s. They have come 4 times and nothing is ever finished or done correctly. Also my home was treated like a trash can wich makes since considering the 20 something year old repair assistant made his dislike of working clear to anyone around him. Avoid this company at all costs. I had them come out to check on my HVAC unit, and the guy said he looked at it and fixed it, and charged me an arm and a leg.Merely a few weeks later, it is acting up again and having issues. I called signature and they said they would have to charge me all over again for him to come out, even though these issues should have been caught the first time around.Why do they think they can justify charging to have someone come out every single time when it's their fault the issues weren't caught the first time around?Instead, go work with a company who can take ownership over their responsibility and doesn't keep charging you just for the heck of it.Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, LLC Response
