    I saw an advertisement for CBD gummies that help with pain, also on shark tank. Thinking it was repitable company. The Advertisement said one amount but was charged a lot more on my credit card, and charged me for another product I didn’t order.. The advertisement said you can get two bottles for $47 Was charged $189 then They charged me for oils that I did not order and charged me $59.99 I called immediately and they refunded me $94.99. Leaving a charge of $154.99 to my card The gentleman that I spoke with said if I did not want the items I could return them for a full refund so I called on 7th of October to return, return policy he told me was full refund no questions ask..the rep that I spoke with said she would refund me like $28 then hung up on me. I was so mad I had to take a breather & waited a few days and started again. They still have not read funded any more money. The point is their advertisement said one thing and they charged you another. I don’t want their product. I don’t have any thing to do with this company, but I cannot get anyone that will talk to me and make it right.. They just keep hanging up on me, never dealt witha company like this before. I don’t know what to do because I do not have money like this to be spending on gummy‘s, and I known it was false advertising would have never ordered. Someone please help me make this right because I know I’m not the only person they have done this too. please please help me Thank you *** ******

    I have more information, they have changed my card again for $189.00 saying I had an automatic monthly  reorder.. and I did NOT! In small print In the agreement it states they will charge my CC  for a one time payment only.. and that is far from the truth. Because they took that money off my CC I wasn’t able to pay my power bill or buy groceries…they never sent me the small part of a refund  like they stated they would.. I know this is all crazy and probably hard to sort out and understand .. but this company is scamming poor blue collar people.that live paycheck to paycheck and it’s sad that they can treat people this way and get away with it. When you asked to speak to management there is no management to speak to and they hurry up and get off the phone. I have been hung up on several times and if you try to send the products back, you have to call about a total of 5 to 6 times to get different numbers RMA numbers it’s ridiculous. You have to pay for the shipping and then you have to pay 895 for restocking fee for however many bottles they sent you. I have gone on several sites to ask people have they heard of This company or have they been scammed By this company and I have got response from two or three people stating that their cards have been charged , or they ordered one bottle of the product and was charged for four or five is all different scenarios, but it’s wrong . in the ad, they say that you can get a full refund no questions ask if u are not Satisfied with the product and that’s so far from the truth as well,  you have to pay $8.95 for them to restock it.and you responsible for the shipping. When I have to call them and try to discuss the situation with them and there’s been several phone calls. I get so frustrated and upset before the end of the conversation is over with. I am having a full-blown panic attack and I’m not exaggerating, this is wrong wrong wrong wrong!!

    On 08/09/2024 I ordered 6 bottles of your Total Bliss Hemp (which equates to a 6 month suppply using 1 gummi tablet a day) for $239.99. On 09/07/2024 I received another 6 bottles of your Total Bliss Hemp costing another $239.99 which I did not order. Why was these second 6 bottles charged to my checking account and shipped without being ordered by me? I have decided to keep and use the second 6 bottles to hopefully gain the health benefits you claim they can provide. However, if you have me on an Auto renewal plan programmed to have me automatically resupplied, please take my name off of that plan and do not send me any more of this product unless I personally ask you to do so. Do you have any literature that completely explains the benefits you claim your gummies provide. If so, please send me a copy either by normal mail or by email text.     Canceled account and after account was cancelled they still took the money from my credit card. Contacted company and they refused to give full refund. They will only give 50%. They said more product was shipped to my location but the account is closed. They informed me that I can not return their product unless I get a code from them to ship back to them. Of course I have to pay for the code and I still won’t get a full refund.

    We attempted a refund on customer's account however we encountered an
    error resulting to issue refund by check. It was then issued and sent to

    his bank online, or if he'd prefer, print it out and deposit it to the
    bank.
