  I had a good experience with them. I had them remove all the old ************ old roof, which had serious ponding due to it being a flat roof that was sinking. I asked them to create more foam depth in the middle so it would drain away into the *******. They gave me a choice of paint colors to protect the foam from UV. I picked white. They extended the foam to the top of the parapets without this even coming up. Recently I got some hail damage, so I tried to find them to come and inspect my roof. Unfortunately they are no longer in business. I have had no leaks despite the hail damage. I am puzzled by the negative reviews. I think foam roofs are a good idea because of the added insulation value. My roof was already R30, and after the foam at least R50 on average.

  I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly father, who cannot access the internet. ****** the owner charged my 96-year-old father $7500 in cash for spray foam that left his roof with as many leaks as it had before he called them. They demanded another $3000 to "fix" and warrant the work that they'd already been paid for, blaming this 96-year-old elderly man for somehow "choosing" the wrong thing on the original work that they performed. The company does not stand behind their work. Buyer beware!

  A New Millennium failed ** in so many ways (with their semi-recent roof installation) that we are having to replace this roof section by section as funds permit. The owner, ************, never showed any care about the damage his roof did to our home. When asked to truly fix things, he refused and tried to caulk over huge damages. Profit appears to be his only motive, at your expense and heartbreak. We will NEVER EVER install a foam roof again. And, we will tell anyone who will listen to avoid this company.

  Will not return phone calls. Wont come out to fix roof. Several different areas leaking in home. Temporary fixes multiple times. Roof still leaking. 10 year warranty still active. Theyre charging $600 a year for maintenance even though there is a 10 year warranty. . Other roofing companies have said that they have to come out to fix Milliniums problems often. They dont have a good reputation. These issues have been going on for four years. We have asked them to replace the roof multiple times and they always have an excuse and put it off and never keep their word or honor the warranty. We have been waiting now for nine months with a caved in bedroom ceiling, and a river of water pouring in every time it rains, their tech admitted that the techs that installed our roof did not do a good job. I have communicated this with the owner ******, and with his son *****, who always comes out to make the temporary fixes. They just dont seem to care theyre willing to take your money, but unwilling to honor the warranty and correct their poor job on our roof. We got a lemon for sure and this company has many complaints against it for the same issues.
