- We have a 15 Day Return Privilege, 30 Day Exchange Privilege, no refunds or exchanges on special orders or on custom design work. We warranty all our jewelry, including custom designs, as well as in-case merchandise for 6 months from purchase date. We warranty all repair work for 90 days EXCLUDING CHAINS, BRACELETS, ANY INVISIBLE TYPE SETTINGS. Repair warranties are on active work only. All warranties will be honored as long as the merchandise is worn under normal conditions and is accompanied by the original receipt.
