      You sent me a bill - which is fine…. But I find it Abhorrent that you want me to pay you when you haven’t finished the job. I will not pay you until you finish these things that we went over 3 times. Remember you came to my house 3 times for the same walk through, 45mins the 1st and 2nd time and 25 mins the third time. ***** is very rude and didn’t speak to me to go over what needed to be done. The only 1 thing he said to me is that your wall guy is a Liar, and lied straight to my face when he said he would come back and fix the grout lines “on a warm day”, when ***** showed up it was a warm day, but he told me the wall guy was a liar. Not to mention the wall guy you sent out, said the grout lines looked like ****. I was told by ***** he would put the fireplace on the patio, and *** said the same thing, *** said he would bring a dolly to put it out there. ***** told me 4 months ago he would put it out there, you Didn’t. I e-mailed you 2days before you showed up about it, and you chose to ignore me. Also, I heard from your employees that you chose not to come back here to finish your work. So, you broke the contract Months Ago. You can’t do basic things like do the electrical, gas, and you screwed me over on the lighting. You guys start out strong, but end Weak. Your 3 stars online now make sense. Your contract said it would take 3-4 weeks to finish, we’re at about 6 months total. When you first showed up it snowed, when you think your done - it’s snowing again… that seems a lot longer than 3-4 weeks don’t you think…. Also, if your not gonna finish the grout lines you can take $1,000 off the bill, and we can call it a wash.. if not then finish the job. I am More than willing to pay you, But not until you finish the job as we spoke of many many many times. You told me that one of my plants that’s dying against the wall, and you couldn’t replace it because it wasn’t in stock…. Well they will reorder it and you will replace it then. Or purchase it from a different company and replace it - simple. This all could have been completed in 1 day if ***** spoke to me about what needed to be done… But he chose to ignore me and left with telling no one. Finish this list: Put fireplace on the patio Fill line, and explanation of how to use the pump and access it to clean Clean up cobblestones and put in pile behind the wall, you did not clean up the site, there is still hardened concrete on the side of my yard and stones Raise the stone under the side gate so my cat won’t get out (spoke of that maybe 5 times) Grout on the wall looks like ****, you told me many times it would be fixed How does the irrigation work??? What are the zones - how does it work, nothing written down. *** said he would come back with a dolly to move the fireplace and would write down and teach the system and the zones ***** didn’t place any of the big rocks in the backyard either (provided because he wouldn’t speak to me) Did you fix the broken line in the flower box? Don’t know since ***** wouldn’t talk to me, huh starting to see a trend here… You replaced the mungo pine, but didn’t move it, left in the same spot it died in because it’s to close the to fountain and is getting drowned All these very simple things could’ve been fixed in 1 day, but you will have to come back Also, a couple of drip drip lines need to be fixed ? Finish your job and you will get paid - Simple!!! Thank You, *****

      Business charged me and did not complete services. I requested my credit card dispute charges and they did so after a lengthy investigation. Now the business is threatening to put a lien on my property

      Pete’sLandscaping has made many attempts to find out what the status of the dispute with the credit card from Mrs.**** We have sent representatives to her home, we have sent letters to her home. We have called numerous times  and never no response. If there is an issue, Petes landscaping will stand behind their work and we will take care of whatever needs to be taken care of but we do need communication between Mrs. **** and Petes landscaping.

      Hi. I am responding to Pete’s Landscaping response. ****** did not check my yard because he has no access. The work was not completed and they did not respond to the credit dispute at all. They provided nothing to them to help resolve or prove their case. They are con artist and literally charged me $2300 for something I could have done myself. The drip system was not fixed. They did not place crushed rock on the weed barrier they put down on half the places they agreed to do but instead put my big rocks over it leaving big gaps of weed barrier showing. They did not dig up the trumpet vine they charged me to dig up because ****** forgot to tell *** to do it. They trimmed it and put a rock on it. I kept pictures and submitted them to the credit card company. So now they are threatening to place a lien on my home. Please warn others.

      I purchased a cord of alligator juniper firewood. And paid 527.00 dollars. In fact the wood is not alligator juniper it is a type of cypress. One juniper log will typically burn in my wood stove for up to three hours. The wood Pete’s delivered only last 30 minutes. I called and spoke to Petes and they are certain that the wood sold to me is alligator juniper. And not willing to resolve or make and solution. I’m years past I purchase one cord of juniper from other companies and it lasts for almost three months it has been 20 days since the delivery and have burned slightly over half of the wood.

      Firewood delivered is Alligator Juniper and is well seasoned (ready to burn) . I believe the customer was burning a harder wood such as oak that will last a lot longer than the alligator juniper.

      In February 2020 we moved into a new house in Albuquerque and shortly thereafter hired Pete's Landscaping to landscape our backyard including graveling, planting trees and shrubs, installing artificial grass and installing a rock fountain. During the course of the Spring and Summer the installed rock fountain slowly sank into the water basin below. We repeatedly asked that the company come to assess the issue and after repeated calls a representative came out and found that the support beams under the large rock fountain were installed incorrectly allowing the rock/fountain to slide down into the basin below. This I believe was in the late August September time frame and the representative said that they would have to come back to repair. Over the period of the next several months and despite repeated calls to the office as to when the repair would happen no one showed up to initiate the repair until mid December. During each call in the interim period we were given various excuses as to why no one had come and then given several dates when someone would come. We believe that in a number of cases the reasons given were not true (the crew couldn't come as they were all at a funeral !) By the time the crew came in mid December the large rock was stained and unattractive so we asked that it be taken and cleaned before proper re-installation. Everything was taken away with a promise that all would be repaired to our satisfaction "after the Holidays". I called this week on 1/6 and asked for a specific date for the repair. Sandy, the scheduler, said she would check and call back by end of day. No call was received. I called again on 1/7 and asked for a specific date for the repair. The representative said we will have a specific date on Monday 1/8. It seems like the pattern of excuses is beginning again. We need action now as we have been without the fountain for over 4 months. We paid for a full job and not a poorly installed fountain.

      Customer is aware that they are scheduled for 1-22-22 . Due to weather we were not able to complete repair in December but do have them on a schedule to complete. If there is any delay we will notify the customer. Pete's stands behind there installation and have no problem correcting the issue.

      I had wanted to order some wood. Called Pete’s Landscaping and decided to cancel on 9/20/2021. Office manager lady proceeds to tell me my ticket is pulled so order will be canceled. I paid with bank card. Thought everything was taken care of. Well 10/01/2021 Pete’s Landscaping is at my door with a truck load of wood that I canceled and that the office manager said was to . I call the office and ask what’s going on and she tells me she has no idea of what I’m talking about and that there’s nothing she can do . I wanted to speak to someone higher up but she just hung up on me. So unprofessional. I am out 400 dollars and it’s money I don’t have now my bank account is all screwed up because of the total disregard for customer service. Please help.

      On the evening of 9-20-2021 Ms. **** ordered a delivery for 10-1-2021 and was delivered and accepted by her son. Customer then called the office after it was dumped on their property stated they cancelled the delivery. The order was never cancelled. If Pete's had a cancellation from the ****'s a refund would have been generated and never delivered .  The order was booked on 9-20-2021 and delivered and accepted from the ****'s on 10-1-2021 as ordered
