They came back 2 months later and charged my card without so much as a phone call or explanation. When I confronted them they were completely indifferent and never even offered an apology or anything. This is less about the money and more anout the lack of integrity. I plan to dispute this charge as fraudulant and unauthorized. These people could care less. I feel totally taken advantage of due to my age.Review from Sandra A

I had a fantastic experience with Two Men and a Truck movers. They were endlessly patient and flexible in the planning stages for a move. On the day of, the crew arrived on time to the minute. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and took utmost care with every item. In addition to padding and wrapping items planned for the move, they assisted by efficiently and carefully packing extra items. They paid meticulous attention to specific instructions and followed every request to the letter. They also went above and beyond by finding creative solutions to problems and taking the time necessary to carry out a flawless move. All of that for a reasonable price and a great amount of peace of mind through the challenge of a move.Review from Mary B

Two Men and A Truck moved my business in November. It was a cascade and domino effect of unprofessionalism from the start with the employee who scheduled the move did not accurately anticipate how many trucks and movers would be needed. They need to do a better job at assessing how to do this. A previous company I used would have me send pictures of everything I wanted moved. This is a better approach. Then the next incident was the truck drivers showing up to the wrong address. This delayed the job by about a half hour. The movers did a good job initially once they got there. The huge discrepancy of theirs that presented issues was when they got to the location the bulk of our items needed to be moved from. This was a disaster. The man in charge had an attitude right away, and I had to personally tell him what needed to be moved about four times. My employee had to tell him another three times. This was frustrating, because EVERYTHING was labeled according to what needed to go and what was staying. He was also really rude. It also was immediately clear that the initial Two Men person taking the call grossly underestimated the job. So right from the start we did not have the amount of man power and trucks needed for our job. I called on the phone and spoke to a manager who was initially helpful sending several managers to the job. She agreed to not charge me for a personal move that was to happen later and yet kept my $100 deposit, so really she only discounted my personal move $25. The business move ended up lasting from 10am to 830pm!! I'll never use them again!! The Manager ************** talked to was of no help and ****** no resolution. I chose Two Men because they were cheaper, but I won't make this mistake again. It ended up costing me money in the time spent and so much aggravation. There's more, but not enough room to put it all in here. I will NEVER use them again!!Review from Robin J

Two men and a truck charged me over $400 for 2 hours. I had everything boxed in advance of my move. No stairs to climb and a short distance move. They sequestered me facing away from the truck to pay the bill. I made the mistake of not making sure all my items were unloaded. I am missing a number of boxes containing household items, tools and a step ladder, I'm furious! Make sure you watch this company like a hawk, inventory your items, and number your boxes if you use this company. I really didn't care about the price because as a single older woman, I knew it was probably one of my last moves. What upset me the most beyond belief is losing my cherished items. This company cannot be trusted!!!Review from Casandra K

Worst moving company Ive ever dealt with: 6 houses and 4 states. They do not come out to your home to look at what they will be moving they just give you an inaccurate estimate. The guys moving you inform you to tip them and feed them and tell them when to take a break. They left a whole pack of cigarette butts, portion of burger and fries on my freshly graveled driveway. If they didnt want to pack something they would toss it in the closet as if I wasnt going to vacuum or confirm all items were packed. After forgetting to deliver all our storage that was supposed to be separated from everyone elses, they had to come all the way back to OK to bring what they thought was the rest: 3 very large tvs, 20 extension ladder, half master closet, almost everything in the kitchen. Yes they brought other peoples items mixed with ours. There are many lost and broken items. After almost 2 months of me sending weekly emails requesting status on repairs/replacement they found a company to repair some things and they gave a 5+ months until they can get to ours. No response from management. My inventory list was blank and I didnt receive it until the 1st delivery. They didnt use the mattress bags that they had me pay for. They dont box tvs.Review from Roddy D

Their Motto is a lie-Movers Who ***** After hiring them to move my daughter, paying their high prices for moving labor, gas surcharges, special fee for a Saturday move, and packing up the kitchen at $275 an hour per service type, they wasted 6 hours because operations did not send enough trucks and staff to pack and move us. The they did not even complete the move; we spent 4 hours taking the furnishing they did not take the next day. They packed the kitchen by just stuffing stuff in boxes and charged us for packing materials and broke a lot of stuff, they will not pay us back for. They broke a cabinet door at the previous house and broke a room door at the new house. Next their employees decided not to take the household contents they initially agreed to take when the 2nd truck showed up because the driver was going to miss his hair cut appointment if this move took too long. The 2nd truck driver cam in and started fights with us, the first crew, and then proceeded to spend the rest of his day harassing us about paying for a second truck, threatened us that they would just stop the move and charge us anyway because he was going to miss his hair cut appointment, which led to him to start talking s*** about us to the moving team and then to our faces. We provided pictures, real-time feedback in text, email, and voice mail to management, customer service and their corporate entity as this was happening, and then no one called us back about any of this for a week. Their general manager basically told us tough ****, you paid, and we will not refund any wasted time/materials or work our any compensation, apology, or any restitution. So, for $4300 bucks we took it in the shorts by the local franchise, and their corporate entity has no control or will not help in any way as well. We will never use them again and warn all of you to stay clear of this company because of their business practices, lack of professional staff, and management inability to control its staff/businTwo Men & A Truck Albuquerque Response

When I spoke with ********************, we discussed the issues he had during his move with Two Men and a Truck. We had to send out a second truck because the customers inventory list provided was incorrect. But he was not charged for the extra truck or the extra men. He ended up paying more because he went over his estimated hours. And when I spoke with ******************** no damage claims were reported to me. If it was it was have been compensated back to him. He mentioned our men threatened him, which was not correct after asking all men on the move that day. Via telephone he threated one of the movers he had a misunderstanding with, that he would put him on "terrorist watch" and "have his family suffer for 10 years" because he works for the government which to me seemed very unprofessional. When last spoke to Mr. ******** I thought we had came to a agreement and everything was settled.Review from Tonya W.

Two Men and a Truck are rip off artist. I booked a move with them to move from from a 2 bedroom condo to a 1 bedroom apartment which was on the 2nd floor. They booked it with a 100 dollar deposit which they said I would get back at the end of the move. They quoted me 4 hours to do this move at $138 an hour. The move was tripple the amount quoted which was $748.00. At the end I had to pay $*****.00. It took 10 hours, but they charged me for the lunch hour the guys took, which came to 11 hours, plus some kind of valuation fee which was 85, and taxed me at their hourly rate which was 138. I asked them to take the lunch hour off, but they had some other reason they were okay to charge for 11 hours. I asked them if they could add the 100 deposit to the *****. ****** said no. You have to pay the full balance and then the deposit goes back into your account, so I paid the full balance in 2 payments. Upon the 2nd payment for 684, I asked where is that written on the reciept that the deposit goes back into my account? He sent me a bogus reciept showing that it would be refunded. Nothing appeared in my account, so I called ****** back, at which point ****** he aid, oh, no, you don't get the 100 dollars because we had to charge you taxes. I want my ***** valuation money back, my 100 deposit, the extra hour of ****** and the 8 dollars they charged me for a box to demonstrate to the new guy how to box up glass and artwork. I was told I wouldn't be charged for it.
