      Corley’s Volvo has owed me $2000 for several months after I leased and then purchased a new Volvo XC90. I have exchanged multiple emails with the finance manager and the general sales manager. I am either ignored or get only unfulfilled promises and delays. Promises like this one “our check will be coming in 10 business days” and a 2 months later no check. And then there is this one “we’ve cut the check yesterday.. ill find the tracking and update u”, it never happened. A few weeks ago after no returned phone calls and no email replies, I went to Corley's and talked to the finance manager. Following an hour of waiting he gave me a check for half of the amount that they owe and said that Volvo was responsible for the other half. The finance manager promised to follow up with Volvo to get me the other half. That has not happened. I have called the dealership several times over the last 4 months and only get voice mail and with one exception my calls are not returned. I have emailed them dozens of times and I either get no reply or unfulfilled promises. I warned them months ago that I would take action and I'm finally tired of dealing with them. They still owe me $1000.

      This dispute is in regards to the Turn-in Fee of 379.00 for the Volvo XC60 2019 Vin ***************** I leased and returned. This fee is waived if a new lease or purchase is made. Corley's completely frustrated this process; has failed to respond to my emails and calls regarding this matter; and has improperly retained these funds. I live over 5 hours away from the dealer and needed to make advance arrangements for the lease turn in and vehicle purchase. So, in the months leading up to the lease termination (July 27, 2022), we had contacted ***** about the EV Volvo. ***** said he would email information and never did. When contacted again, ***** emailed information on completely different vehicles. When it came time to turn in the vehicle, we called several times, leaving voice mails, to make an appointment at least 2 weeks prior to the termination date. We never received a call back. So that we did not violate the termination agreement, we left a message that we would be driving down to turn in the vehicle and we drove down to the dealer on July 22, 2022. When we arrived early afternoon, no one was available to assist us, the manager was on vacation, and the individual there did not know what to do with the car or even how to work with us buying (ordering) the EV we wanted. We returned the vehicle early, under mileage, professionally cleaned, and with a full tank of gas. We never received a call back or any correspondence from Corley's. Since then, we have left voice mails and sent emails to ****** ** ****, and other individuals we had worked with in the past who seem to no longer be with the company. No response whatsoever. It is as if Corley’s, knowing they are the closest dealer to me, purposely neglected and frustrated our ability to purchase the new EV so they could pocket the turn in fee. I now have to drive 7 hours to the nearest Volvo dealer as Corley's has been unresponsive. Their retention of the turn in fee in this is wrong and I request a refund.

      Hello **** *********

      Thank you for your email from ******** *** regarding her lease termination fee.

      All manufactures have a lease turn-in fee when a client returns their leased vehicle and this is the fee they are billed by the manufacturer after the vehicle has been properly grounded and the fee is retained by the manufacturer and not the dealer.

      (I have attached a copy of the lease agreement that clearly states this; seems like the fee has increased since 2019).

      I do remember taking a call from Ms *** during which I did mentioned to her exactly that she would have to contact Volvo Car Finance directly regarding this fee as we are not involved in process.

      please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions at all for any further clarification.

      respecfully;

      **** ***** ******* ***** ******* **********
