I Iordered Wallace Sounds Wallabuds Pro on February 1, 2025 for the price of $49.99. The sound on the earbuds was terrible. It had very distorted sounding highs and absolutely no bass. I requested a return and refund by leaving two phone messages and sending four emails. Walla (***** ********) replied to my first email and asked if I wanted to receive a 25% refund of the cost of my earbuds and an $50 gift card for my next purchase. I have followed this companies return policy within there 30 rule. Now they say they cant make my refund go back in my debit card. I do not believe them because I use that same card on a daily basis. They have said it would be escaladed and resolved twice and I still do not have the refund..Business Response

I purchased the product on 17 December 2024, order number 209382. From the 24th of September 2023 I have been in Contact with the support team to sort out the faulty product. One of the speakers does not charge, making it completely useless. In response I was told to send images of the product which i have done since the 24th regularly, where they return stating their have not received anything. This prevents me from. Returning or exchanging the product or getting it fixed since their prerequisite to help me is sending images that they just casually deny receiving. I have attached screen shots of all the communication with them where they are not helping me at all but sending me I'm circles.Business Response

I ordered two pair of ear pods against my better judgement. I have been on the road with my husband who is an over the road truck driver. When I returned home, opened package & no power to one pair. They refuse to exchange product for a new pair. NEVER ABLE TO USE THEM. Very ridiculous policy. Had I wanted a return I can understand. That wasn’t the case. I purchased a set of ear buds on the 14 of Nov. 2023. The very next day I called to tell them the right earbud was not charging. I left a few voice mails and emails.. no response for over 5 days. No return call back not even an acknowledgment from the CS line. Once I did start a conversation with the tech support line it’s been nothing but dodging and stonewalling me for weeks, now for the past week they keep telling me that the pics and videos I’ve sent to them proving earbud isn’t working they’re claiming it hasn’t been received, I’ve sent them at least 7 pics and a few videos .. I asked for my money back for the speakers since they’ve never worked and they will only refund 20% of the purchase price, that’s ridiculous… then I was told i have to pay for the shipping and cost to send it back to them if i want the measly refund. Then, i asked for them to be replaced, now they claim they can’t see my pics. I’m thinking they are waiting for the 30 days to expire so they’re not responsible for replacing them. I’ve never met such a horrible organization before in my life.Business Response

Ight 2 speakers on 9/9/2023. After I received the speakers, one came in damaged. The other one, once I paired it with my laptop, I realized it didn't have the sound I was looking for. I boxed them up in the boxes they were sent in, sent Interactive Innovations LLC an email letting them know I would like a return slip. I emailed them on 09/18, 09/20, 09/22, 09/23, 09/25, 10/01. I keep getting an response saying they are going to send me a return slip, but I never get one. I want a return slip & get a refund. This company, Interactive Innovations misrepresents itself. When you search, in ******, "best bluetooth speaker" the top hit is this page (I shortened the link) **************************** This page is not legitimate as there are no reviews online nor any references online to this company, ***** *****, outside of this page and the ***** ***** website itself. That page led me to this page *********************** The ***** ***** website itself, run by this company Interactive Innovations, is full of more fake reviews. I fell for the scam and spent around 150 dollars on speakers. I did not receive any subsequent email confirmation. I have contacted the company via phone and email asking for a refund and to cancel my order and no one has responded. I copied the reviews from ****** into a Word document and am attaching that here, as well as a thread on ****** that I found. In sum, "Interactive Innovations" is scamming customers by pretending to have a high end bluetooth speaker product that they do not have and marketing it through fake reviews and fake review websites.Business Response
