  Hired this company to paint a Entry foyer, stairwell, and upstairs landing. And the outside garage door. Was planning on two days to complete. Covering darker color and some places were going to need primer and two coats. Poor planning led to virtually wasting the first day. Then they tried to complete it on the following Monday and wanted to paint the outside garage door in the dark. I refused to allow them to do that. Expected them to return sometime later that week to finish the job. Meantime, I found paint on the carpet, front door, tile floor, ********, and spots where it looked like maybe one coat of paint or maybe hardly any paint. All around the hardware on the ********, they either missed or painted the hardware. I called with a complaint and a so-called manager showed up to talk to the crew. He assured me it would be done correctly. It was not. After the crew returned at the end of the second week to touch up and paint the garage door, I found other areas that were not done. I want to inform you that the price for the job was right at $2000 which I paid in full. The job is going to be finished by me. At least I can do it right. I would not hire this company simply because they either tolerate poor performance or they are incapable of correcting it. This is a mess for the money I paid.

  Hired them for soffit repairs and painting. Was quoted 3-5 days. Some repairs were done, others started, then stopped when a new ******* showed up. We we quoted that primer would be used. It was not. The crew complained that we didn't want to pay for primer until we showed them we did. They sprayed the paint despite the winds. The same ******* that stopped the repairs, made them spray. The result was a lot of ************, overspray on body of the house and drips on the painted deck. The companys attempt to color match the stucco made it look like water damage. Their answer on the deck was to scrape the spots down to bare wood. It has taken 6 months now to try to get this done and my house is worse off, irreparably damaged and I am out thousands of dollars in lost income and the inability to sell the house in the condition they left it. I am also still picking up the trash they threw around my yard.
