    ***** this law company and do your research. I was hurt in a car crash and they dragged my case out for 3 years. Right before the case was to expire, they wanted to settle for $8000. Probably leaving me with $3500. I didnt agree. So they said I was dropped due to a communication problem. I made sure they filed for extension and found another law firm to take the case. I called 30+law firms and no one would touch a case drawn out so long. I got lucky and found only one firm to help me out.I still had to pay Keller& Keller. I came away with a lot more. But if I had started off with a good lawyer, The gains would have been a lot more. I need foot surgery-(hurt both feet), had whiplash, numbness in hand, memory problems, soft tissue damage, pain in chest where seat belt hit, a lot of doctor visits, physical therapy visits- all due to this accident. So my question was, how did they come up with such a low settlement?The firm has a lot of employee turnovers. I had to go over information repeatedly to at least 3 that handled my case. My experience was so bad. And when I talked with many other firms, they knew about this company. There are some firms that milk cases and try to do an easy settlement. Easy money for them. Sad. So, be careful if you decide to use this company.

    They don't get you the money you deserve. They get you some money within the policy limits. They make sure they get their 33 % plus. It took them almost 3 years to settle my case. They blamed covid. It was their poor handling of my case. Passed off to different Attorneys and case managers. They never kept me up to date on what was going on. I think I could have done a better job myself and saved almost ****** dollars. Very unhappy with their services
