    This company went to evaluate my non-working ** and advised it was out of refrigerant but there was no evidence of leaking and their test showed that there was no leaking. They billed me for 8.6 lbs of refrigerant even though it didn't need it. Also their meter device only showed they recharged it with 4.6 lbs of refrigerant. The math doesn't add up. The did advise me to replace the filter because it was dirty (5 years since it was replaced) and the ** worked again. But what a coincidence that the fan motor died a few days later.Another ** expert advised that units work horribly with dirty filters and was likely the reason the ** didn't work but the refrigerant was not the issue. I was scammed by these people! Unfortunately, I didn't realized this until after I received a **** and consulted another expert. I hope you don't give this company business for being shady and taking advantage of good people. I was scammed for $2500 and they wanted another $1500 to replace the fan motor. Note: I wanted to leave 0 stars but the review didn't let me.
